Very dirty and messy. Reported mess in toilets to staff and she just said OK and rolled her eyes. Definitely wasn't in a rush to sort it, doesn't give you any confidence with Covid cleaning regulations.

Love this Starbucks so cosy and nice atmosphere. The girl that served me was lovely and left me a really nice message on my drink that made my day on a day I needed it most! I wasn’t able to give her a proper thank you so I left a note! Hope she got it 😊😁

A bit disappointed. Service is good, and the food is great but... The place is literally dirty, I personally think the music is too loud. I could barely hear my friends on the couch right in front of me. The floor is full of trash, and the tables are still holding orders of 3 people ago. For a coffee with close friends it's OK, but don't expect anything more than that. Stay away from the toilets, hygiene is terrible (see pics).

Absolutely the worst coffee shop I have been to, not only was it dirty but the two lads making the coffee where a joke! Took two of them to make one drink when there was a huge queue, this was a 8pm on a Thursday. When they made our drinks one of them pulls out his phone and took a photo of our drinks!! What a pair of clowns! Toilets where also dirty. I own my own business and they would be sacked straight away. Avoid if you want good customer service and a quick drink.

Coffee grains were burnt giving a harsh bitter taste. Took the coffee back and said the coffee was terrible. Laughed at by the attendant which only confirmed my opinion that the staff couldn't care less what they were serving. Rather than lose my temper, I left. If you want to be patronised and treated like dirt this is the place for you. I'm expecting Starbucks will remove this review, but maybe some of their management will read this first and actually address the attitude of their staff

Tom provided exceptional service today. He was very friendly, patient, and kind to every customer I saw him interact with. Will definitely be returning because of him!

Dungeon. Who thought a black floor, grey/brown walls, dark grey tubular ceiling and downward flourescent spot lighting could produce such a hideous setting? Absolutely ghastly. Maybe it's to hide the dirty tables and floors. Disgusting toilets. With the amount of money they are making Starbucks need to get their finger out. Felt sorry for the staff working in this hole.

My personal experience in there was very good. Customers service quick and very proffessional. What i really liked while ordering my favourite drinks that staff working there were happy, with good working ethics also very approachable. I always recomend this coffee shop. Thanks

Met here for a coffee date last Friday. It was nice and clean, and considering it's on the edges of Liverpool One, it was fairly quiet. The queue was small, but the staff were attentive. We stayed for a good while, and only had a short wait to get another drink, even though it was lunchtime. The staff seem to be well in control of their Covid procedures. You are asked if you have the tracer app. Or if you haven't they request your name and number for their logs. Would definitely return here.

We came here on a very hot Sunday.... but the heat in here was just as hot was awful, the air con was definitely broken and felt sorry for the staff working there shift in the heat. Waited 15mins for our order but it was very busy that afternoon.... but they was lovely! 2 pumpkin spiced Frappuccinos! X

Best Starbucks in Liverpool

Very rushed barista, gave me my order as take away rather than stay in. Asked for a price for some of the merchandise on display to be told they don't know the price and to go to the collection point.... Considering it was quiet I wasn't impressed...

Popular place, alot if people waiting to order, didn't take too long to be served though. Strawberry acia drink claims to be full of flavour, however my son had one and was lacking flavour, very subtle and quite expensive for what it is..half a cup of ice.

One of my favourite coffee shop spots in Liverpool one, with its calm setting area and comfortable seating, this has a toilet as well.

DIRTY! I'm not normally a cleanliness freak but this is hand diwn the dirtiest Starbucks I've even been to, tables, floors everything. Would have walked straight out but had arranged to meet a colleague there. Other much nicer coffee shops nearly.

Very eager to please when I'm unhappy with my drinkband helps when I want a different drink for the day. Was especially happy with Tom, Yasmine and Georgia for their help. <3 Place has comfortable couches, tables and places to charge your phones too.

Great little spot, staff are good, not customer focussed sadly, bar member with purple hair was complaining about customers to staff, guy on the till, to busy flirting with customers to be customer focused. Overall good coffee but staff need focus, I would ensure that customer support cycle is done more as well, toilets out of loo roll

As a regular customer every time I get a coffee at this place all the staff were very welcoming by always asking how I am and am I having a good day. This will always be one of my happy places and I will always come here so thank you for making me feel welcome, happy and warm

Rude staff. Very unappreciative of everything and complaining attitude, almost silo-like environment amongst staff. Not up to Starbucks cultural standard.

Supervisor is so reluctant and exhausted to just brew a filter coffee. Just keep serving espresso with hot water.

The heat inside this Starbucks is unlike any I have experienced before and I have visited a desert once. Why can't the management fix the air-conditioning? The staff seemed very stressed and it is unfair to have them work under such conditions. This needs fixing and is unacceptable.

Excellent service; I originally waited outside with my dogs but the staff kindly invited them in and gave them a free tub of cream each. Very nice touch and greatly appreciated as they were both halfway through a 4 hour walk. Well done guys, touch of class.

Called in for a drink whilst shopping in Liverpool 1, my partner had an iced coffee which was ok, i really needed a cup of tea, when I got it it had more milk than water, when I said something they just gave me a second tea bag. Congratulations on the worst cup of tea I've ever had. And considering the current situation with hygiene and covid the toilets were absolutely disgusting. Might of had something to do with the fact that while we were sat there about 50 percent of the people that came in just came in to use the toilet. Definitely won't be going back

Less busy than the other Starbucks round the corner. Kept clean by staff and they have a good selection of mugs.

Normally you would get a 5* rating, especially this store. However, why are you not using real cups when you choose to sit in the store? Your competitors are using real cups, if you choose to sit in - your Starbucks branded, you should be leading the way!

Kids & wife enjoyed it. Not really into these places well set out inside with the social distancing only 1 pain was the wait of about 15minutes to get drink. My son got stuck in the toilet that put a smile on my face.

Love this Starbucks. Queue is sometimes a bit long but I love the dimmed feel of the place. I always feel a bit chilled when I stop for a coffee here.

The coffee was good. It's a very nice place for someone that likes places with low light and comfy sofas. It could have been cleaner but it was a nice experience overall. Oh and the phone signal might be bad.😁

Had the toffee nut frappuccino. It was a bit watery not much flavour. The shop is a little dark and dingy. In all honesty the toilets weren't the tidiest either. Such a shame.

Raife served us & he was absolutely lovely. The queue was quite big but it moved quickly, very efficient. Drinks were delicious. Will definitely be back 10/10

Really friendly staff and they make consistently good coffees. Queues are dealt with quickly too. Only problem is the tables are usually dirty, but there is usually only a couple of staff in so it's clear they're working as fast as they reasonably can anyway

When we went the staff saw that we had a bad day and accommodated everything from my social anxiety to my partner's lactose intolerance. Words of reassurance and an extra effort to find that last box of vegan cake made all the difference to our day. Thank you to the kind members of staff for all your care and attention.

It's very dirty, slow service, dark. Not a nice place to sit in at. The drinks and food are decent, so if you takeout then I suppose it's not bad.

My latte was so nice. Sat in and had my coffee. It was nice and relaxing. Didn't feel out of place or awkward.
