    Love the grilled chicken with added roasted honey mustard. Mom loved it too without adding sauce. My granddaughter had applesauce that squeezed out of a pouch right into her mouth. The workers were so kind and helpful. Clean and cheerful atmosphere!

    Amazing place and wonderful workers! I've never had my food to my table BEFORE I SAT DOWN! that's amazing! Food was delicious! Fast, and quality, and we ate inside and a nice woman working cleaned up a spilt sprite on table 10, she was amazing and so nice, please give her a raise! She insisted! It was so sweet, love this place and definitely will be back!

    Chick-fil-A company is failing it's employees at this location. The parking lot is a disaster zone. The entrance is an accident waiting to happen, the moment you step in it's full of water and you hear the water slosh around your shoes. I had set my app order to drive through, I made the mistake of changing it to pick up at counter, and after waiting about 20 minutes my order disappeared. I was told it wasn't in their system. They did make it quickly and didn't charge me for it, that was nice. Almost every order was coming back to the line missing an item, or two. Myself and several other cars were parked in marked parking spots, with lines for parking, but we were asked to please move because we were in the drive through. ALL the employees were Super Nice, and working hard, being super courteous to everyone, immediately fixing all the mistakes they encountered. The floors in and around the entrance desparately need to be cleaned and dried, even wearing my boots with good grip, I slid halfway to the restroom.

    I thought that I didn't like Chick-fil-A, but our experience today totally blew me away. We just received far better service than any of the nice restaurants we've been in lately! They were super friendly, very fast, great service, and everything was clean and well managed! Kudos to you! You were fantastic! We will be back!

    Wife did an order on the App, while the sandwiches were amazing … our “large” fries were barely fried more like thawed … and the box was closer to medium. While I appreciate the speed and enthusiasm of the service . The food is why people eat here. Really disappointing to eat warm soggy fries with a hot sandwiches. Do better !

    So i want to start off by saying that the quality of food is excellent and the staff are prompt and courteous! The portions are a little more to be desired though. A large meal costs 10 dollars and I’m happy to pay the premium if the quality/portions are good! I’m not sure if all chic-fil-a’s are like this, but I intentionally ordered a large fry tonight thinking that I would get more. I usually get a medium...I ate 3 fries before this picture was taken, but they always seem to short folks in this way and I realize I’m one person, but I’d be happy to get a chain going on this review! More fries please!!! 🐔 🍟

    Food was great! Service was quick and the employees were very courteous and nice. Something you dont get often these days. Treated myself to a brownie for desert and oh my it was delicious!

    Great experience. Rachel took our order. She made sure to read back our order to make sure it was right. Max served us our food and he was very friendly. He provided great customer service. We forgot to order sauce and he promptly helped us while saying "it's my pleasure". Max has a great work ethic and great attitude.

    We went through the drive thru on a weekday around 12:15pm. I was expecting a big lunch crowd and to have to wait awhile for our food. Yes they have a lot of customers at noon, but they are well staffed with efficient employees. Our food came out lightning quick, everything was correct on the order, and we were on our way again fast enjoying yummy nuggets, fries, and lemonade. Great place!!

    Was my first time coming here, both drive through lanes had long lines but the lines move rather quickly! For being a first time customer they offered a menu to view in your car in case you aren't able to see the board menu. The process of receiving food and where to pull up to was alittle confusing but the employees were good at showing me where. We will definitely be coming back that's for sure!

    Service was great. Even had an employee come and take our tray when they noticed we were finished. The good was good. Nothing was cold or unappetizing. My chicken club tasted great. The sauce (honey roasted BBQ) that comes with the club is awesome.

    I like the taste of their food. I do not like that you cannot customize anything. I realize that is how they try to keep things moving quickly, but it is still frustrating and why I don't go there very often. When we did get there, we needed a minute to look at the menu. Apparently that is an absolute no-no. We told the girl wanting to take our order that we needed to look at the menu. We had barely ordered a couple sandwiches and was trying to decide if we wanted any sides or drinks when someone in the other line yelled at the girl taking our order and she apologetically said I'm sorry but you need to move forward. Um, we'd only been at the menu maybe a minute or two and we weren't done looking at it. So we didn't get anything else. What is the point of having a menu in the drive thru if you don't allow drivers to look at it? I guess you're just supposed to automatically know what you want before you ever go there?? Again, reasons why I don't go there very often.

    In my opinion this is the BEST Chic-fil-A in the state! Food is always fantastic! They are fast no matter how busy they are. Dining room is perfection. SUPER friendly too. A fave of my family!

    First time in their new digs. I think I liked the set up in the old store better. Having said this, the food is as good as always! We had no wait, either, as we went inside. We both had the Spicy chicken sandwich, which is wonderful. Definitely a future "must do!"

    Can't stop here anymore without them forgetting at least 1 item entirely and messing up several others. I used to love this place but the fact that anytime I want Chick-fil-A it's going to end up requiring me to call unless I want to spend $10 on stuff they didn't give me. Not only that, but they will only refund your mobile order to your in-app wallet unless you go back to the store in person when you call. So more or less they get to keep my money and I'm forced to come back if I want to use the credit. I'll be going to one of the other chicken places from now on.

    This is one of the worst chick fil a’s in terms of service I have been to. The person who took my order was rude and short. He didn’t share the total, didn’t ask if I needed to scan app, and acted like he could care less to be there. The people at the window were talking and laughing loudly, discussing child birth, depression ect… the food was mostly good accept the fries were overly salted.

    Someone stole the delivery order I came to pick up from the shelf up front and the manager refused to remake it unless she heard directly from the customer that they didn’t get it. I called the customer and let the manager talk to him and she STILL refused to remake the order. Which was a single sandwich and a drink. I wasted 45 minutes of my time in this store and didn’t even get paid for it because I had to cancel the delivery. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and I’m also infuriated that instead of telling me any of this directly, the manager sent a girl who looked like she was 14 and terrified as her go-between. The delivery shelf works on the honor system. This cannot be the only time they have ever had an order stolen. The fact that I jumped through hoops to prove to this woman that it was in fact stolen and she still refused to make it is absolutely ridiculous.

    I've always loved Chick-fil-A, honestly they have amazing chicken nuggets. However, I got a few uncooked fries. Thawed, oily, uncooked fries. I'm extremely disappointed, especially with how much they "care" about the customer.

    My drive thru experience was wonderful! I went around 445pm on a Saturday and there was 1 other car with me. We pulled up, ordered, and waited no more than 5 minutes to receive our food. Got big portions. Only 2 complaints are that the fries were very soggy (lg and med orders) and the drinks were heavy with ice. I get and appreciate the fast and customer service, but quality is just as good.

    Stopped in for a quick bite. This CFA location is clean and orderly. Full staff tonight, ordering and eating in seems like the best option. Though, drive through is moving at a nice pace. 👍 Maintenance is finished with cleaning the restroom, it's all sorted out 👍 The dining area is nearly full with couples and families. (Not an issue.) Some people might be concerned with patrons coughing up a lung while the rest of us try to enjoy our delicious grilled chicken sandwiches and waffle fries 😄🍟

    Came through drive-thru. Ordering was fine, although she got a drink wrong (Coke instead of Diet Coke), wait at the window was good, food was OK. Chicken deluxe wasn't hot enough to melt cheese. Not terrible but not as legendary as I've heard it to be. I'll go back another time.

    I don't get the hype. Dry grilled piece of chicken. 1 wilted piece of lettuce. Gooey chewy half cooked Fry's .. had to go back for condiments. Glad someone else bought. Meh.
