I went today to get my omega watch serviced and replacement glass face , was told £170 , I asked another watch repairers and was told £60 for exact same service. I returned to the wigan galleries and told them they were a pair of robbing b******s Time-PieceWatch get a grip .

Rolex GMT 2 service and refurbishment. Repaired in 2 weeks and the watch came back as new, really impressed with the service from the chap at the Wigan shop who advised me (apologies can’t remember his name) so glad I chose to get it polished 👍

Watches by time piece are quality skilled craftsmen. I am a collector of watches and my watches are not cheap. I would recommend this store even for Rolex and tag Heuer. I regularly have links changed by these craftsmen. When you collect watches you need a skilled watch maker at hand and watches by time piece won't disappoint. I have had hands realigned and I regularly have links adjusted. Today the watch maker was Ian and he provided top quality service. These chaps also perform adjustments and repairs for local jewellers such as Warren James. If you need adjustment, alignment, or even a change of battery I recommend watches by time piece, even if you have to travel. The skilled work comes at an unbelievable price for the intricate work involved. Can't recommend them enough, these chaps are super skilled experts.

Very professional and helpful , have used them for years. Excellent customer service with suggestions on how to care for my 2 watches. Also good idea on possible repair to an unusual watch strap. Would heartily recommend Time-Piece.

Ian was very helpful in providing advice as to how my necklace could be fully repaired and also came up with a temporary solution so that I can wear it now. Excellent service which is why I go here for watch batteries and repairs too. I can recommend them to anyone.

I went into Timepiece for some links to be taken out of a new watch I’d bought. They did this and answered a couple of questions I had about changing the date etc, they were really helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble which is a rarity these days!!

Last week I dropped two Edifice watches off for repair. One had a very small hand, That had come off and was wedged in the date hole .. The second Edifice was an expensive solar/Bluetooth watch ,of which I had had the glass replaced ,and fragments of glass had jamed the fingers ,Thus makeing the time incorrect once Bluetooth activated , only to be told it had to go back to Casio by another company. The Time-piece Watch Repairs where 5 star, very polite, gave an excellent quote And repaired the watches as new, called me two days later to say they where ready to collect . 5 star job

Excellent experience from start to finish I took my Rolex here to sell and I given an approx figure over the phone and was offered the same price after inspection!
