    Horrible customer service and experience. After a long day I placed an order for 3 wings and fries. The fries were fine, but two/three of my pieces of chicken were bleeding and uncooked. I called them and asked for a refund and they told me they could only give me store credit. I then asked for a refund for my meal, he told me if I drove up there he possibly could work something out because it was no one in the store to refund me but by the time I get there it would be. I know he was lying because he kept muting me to get coaching on what to respond while talking to me. Customer service was disgusting and even told me bring the wings tomorrow or the next day. Never supporting this place again

    Food was terrible and overpriced. Chicken tenders didn't taste like or have the consistency of chicken. I ordered a steak and cheese, paid $2 for extra cheese and got a cold sandwhich with two slices of unmelted cheese. Paid nearly $50 for food that was not even edible.

    Guys!!!!! Please run away and do not eat here! Please! Why should you have to pay for large maggots in your food! Is this what you’re spending your hard earned money on??!!!!! They know this is an issue and don’t care about your health. Is this moral?! Is this legal?! Listen, the picture speaks for itself. I will continue to inform people to stay away from here! And you have the nerve to ask us if we put the maggot in the food??! Ask the other customers who posted similar complaints!!!

    Terrible service I felt as if I was being ripped off when I asked to add shrimp in my fried rice with three wings over priced small wings were not cooked well the fried rice was complete, trash, hard, frozen peas and carrots. The worst carry out fake mambo sauce with clumps terrible close this place down don’t waste your money. Do not give this place your business!!!

    Ordered steak and cheese sub (whole and half). Sandwiches so small they’re the size for my one year old grandson. To make matters worst. They still didn’t put hardly any meat on it. Also had two orders of fries and order of nuggets. 50.00 for that. Last time for me.

    The driver did not deliver the food to my room. He left it outside on the front desk, and also never told me that the food was here. He text me broken English.”on the from desk allready?!! Not come pick ur food our food is here then I’ll call her restaurant and the restaurant did not want to acknowledge who I was speaking to because they gave me bad service. I asked him his name several times and he refused to give it to me so now I’m stuck with a calll Mills that was outside for an hour. You have to communicate with your customers properly. This is why you have my number for you can call or text if you can’t speak the proper English let your manager Cole and tell me that the food is there. Don’t just stick my food outside instead on the from guess what the hell does that mean, I’m sick of you people in the food industry delivering bad products then you don’t want to compensate for it n they gave me fries instead of fried rice, and they were cold as well. I’m disgusted.

    Food is great. The staff is friendly. The air conditioner causes some type not clear liquid (water) to drip from the vent. This stopped me from eating inside. Other than that all is well. Loved it

    This was a good spot in the past but it has gone downhill, big-time! The guy taking my order couldn't stop playing a game on his phone. Ordered a cheese steak for my daughter, it was the smallest/lightist sub I ever felt, where's the beef for what you are charging? A Wawa sandwich crushes this place in both quality and price and that is embarrassing for a place that somehow claims to have the best cheese steak in Laurel!
