I recently bought a cx-30 at Koons Mazda. I have to say, this is the best buying experience ever. My past experiences of buying cars usually involves endless bargain between me and the sales or manager, long wait time in the finance office, bad mood after spending almost a whole day in a messy dealership. This time, I was able to finish everything within 3 hours. The salesman was friendly and helpful. The manage was easy going and treated me with respect. The finance manager explained everything clearly and was able to wrap up the transaction quickly. Giving how crazy the car market is right now, I'm satisfied with the price I paid. I have to give Koons Mazda a big 5 stars and will come back again for a hybrid or electric car when it's time to replace my other old car.

Talked with salesman via phone/text to buy a surprise gift for my wife. Drove 2 hrs on a Wednesday to see the car, negotiated, signed an agreement and left a deposit (car needed to be md inspected). Laid the groundwork with the Mrs, and planned to go back Saturday, pay balance for the car and drive home. Get a call on Friday from GM saying, “we don’t hold used cars. The vehicle sold Thursday evening.” Offered me a $1000 off any car on their lot (they don’t regularly sell the car I originally put a deposit on) - however, I negotiated over $1000 off the car they sold out from under me. GM said the salesman was new, and didn’t know. BUT, there were THREE additional employees there that helped process the deal that night. This dealership ruined a surprise gift for my wife, wasted so much time. I should’ve received a phone call the moment the mistake was realized to at least try to right the deal. My only guess is someone came in and paid more, and they didn’t care. With how many options you have to buy a car, I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Very shady.

My experience at Koons Mazda of Silver Spring was exceptional! After having a really bad experience at another dealership, I came here and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I've made. I worked with Kevin to get my car and he was great! He explained everything clearly and he made purchasing my car a great experience. I also had the pleasure of working with Lourdes, Rodrigo, Christian and Victor. They all made me feel so comfortable and were never pushy which is something that went a long way for me. They gave me all the time I needed and answered all my questions. This is a great team and thanks to them I now have a car that I love!

This dealership with its superb sales management team made my shopping experience very easy, quick, and painless - with clear communication, precise price match, attentiveness, follow up and excellent customer care. Car hunting has been a very stressful experience during COVID 19, right after my car had been totaled. It took me several weeks and at least 7 different dealership visits with lengthy, pointless communication and most likely price gouging at most of these places. Koons Mazda of Silver Spring made all this painful experiences go away with its caring salesperson George and the manager Victor. They went above and beyond. I don't remember the names of people from their financial team, but they also were very attentive and efficient. They all made this process fun and enjoyable, and it lasted just couple of hours. Finding the best car buying “experience” can be nerve racking. Specially when your typical car sales man tries to up sell you unnecessary things. However, when I recently bought my 2023 Mazda CX-30 at Koons of silver Spring I didn’t have to worry about the typical sweats a first time car buyer experiences. From the get go, Edwin was patient and took his time in helping me explore my options. I never felt I had to worry about getting ripped off when he was honest about what could and couldn’t be offered. He was of tremendous help. If you need a great buying experience. We got into contact with Kevin Mejia just before their dealership closed and he and the Koons team gave us a great last minute deal. I came by the next day and left a very happy man with a new car. Just recently purchased a Range Rover velar and it’s amazing. Elijah was my car salesmen and he had the vehicle waiting for me let me know all the specs inside and out. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars because finance was a little tricky but in the end worked out. Highly recommend reaching out to Elijah for sales, he’s great!

My experience at Koons has been the best car buying experience. I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Escape S. Kevin was my salesman. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and by no doubt had no hesitation to answer all my questions. Kevin made my first car buying experience a breeze. I was in a terrible accident and i needed to shop for a new vehicle. I am so glad I came to Mazda Silver Spring. Kevin Mejia had reached out to me as soon as I asked for someone to reach out. Due to having credit that was not so great- Kevin did not give up and assured me i would be getting the vehicle. He took his time to answer all of my questions and I never once felt pressured or rushed. All in all he made the entire process go very smoothly and I'm happy with my purchase knowing I got a great car at a good rate. I had a great experience at Koons despite this current market. Kevin Mejia, one of the salesman, made car shopping feel fun and easier than other dealers. He was very informative on the different vehicles there and never hesitated to go out of his way to answer any questions i had regarding different specs, trims, inventory, you name it. It's next to impossible to find the exact car you want in this market but he helped make sure I left Koons happy. Thanks to him and the good customer service from management, I drove away in a beautiful new car

I had a great experience buying a slightly used BMW from this dealership. Joe was the salesman I worked with, and he was awesome. Upfront and honest about everything. Joe and the sales manager worked with me to reach a deal that worked for all of us. Really great people to buy a car from. Wouldn’t hesitate to do so again. As a bonus, this dealership takes in a lot of cool cars on trade, so it’s a great place shop.

Best dealership I’ve ever been to! Everyone was so nice. I’ve had a difficult time in the past with other dealerships but this time my salesperson Brian Ortiz was super helpful and friendly and gave me a lot of good options and prices !
