I found this company online after searching for Porsche service centers. I decided to try them out since they are close to my residence. I’ve been using them every since for service on my Cayenne and Panamera. Service techs are knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The owner is personable and makes sure to explain exactly what repairs are needed and the cost. Also should mention that the cost for service is half of what I pay at the Porsche dealership, yet the quality of service I’m getting at Anthony’s is excellent. I won’t take my Porsche’s to anybody, but I do trust this company to service my vehicles. I’m a smiling and satisfied customer! 😬

I have never had a woman mechanic and a woman owned company. The owner of Entourage hair salon recommended A. Anthonys after hearing my complaints about past service. I had Protect My Car warranty and buyer beware of Protect My car auto warranty. They should be banned from selling warranties in Maryland. As for A. Anthonys I had to get the CVT replaced and all the staff were professional and Mrs. Gennette went above and beyond when breaking the cvt down and not finding any leaks. However she is certified by the state of MD. When a request for a reconsideration was requested protect my car denied the request. I had no outside leakage as originally stated and protect my car sent an inspector out and it was not linking fluids. A Anthonys could not make a determination until the part was broke down and no leaks were found. Aa is certified by the state of Maryland and not to reconsider the findings after the breakdown is unjust and deceitful to consumers. I would highly recommend A Anthonys for your next service as you will leave stress free and your car will be repaired properly. Great people! Thought I had a wheel bearing issue, but they saw it was just a loose wheel and tightened it up for me for free... They let me know about some other issues, but didn't try to upcharge as some other shops do (a Mr. Tire tried to make me change my breaks when they still had 60% life on them). This is a place with integrity, and a place you can trust.

Did a pre-buyer inspection here that was excellent. They even coached me through the issues and helped me figure out how to talk to the dealer to get the price to reflect the condition of the car. Would absolutely use them again!

Another 5 Star Experience with Genette & Crew @ A. Anthony's Mobile Service. I had an electrical issue with my son's car that drained his battery completely (on a consistent basis) after sitting idol for about a week resulting in me hooking my truck up to recharge the battery for at least 1 hour. Note: replaced the battery twice thinking I had a bad battery. I purchased this car used from a dealer and for the most part, it runs fine however, the total history is limited outside of the work performed by A. Anthony's. After having the car for a few weeks, the mechanical team identified the root cause was extra amplifier cables were installed by the previous owner and not connected slpwly drawing power from my battery. I thank you once again for all of your help and job well done. I highly recommend A. Anthony's for all your car mechanical needs. Thanks again Genette & Crew!

I generally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to finding a reliable trustworthy mechanic, and I was admittedly a little freaked out when I got the inspection results and estimates (my car is 18 years old and I don't have a lot of money LOL). But they helped me prioritize the work needed to keep it within my budget, and they even fixed one of my sensors for free (the issue arose after the initial estimate/invoice was paid, and ended up requiring another half a day to diagnose/fix). Beyond that, what really struck me the most was the good vibes and kindness of the people running the place - Genette & Charly really seem like good people, and I feel peace of mind coming back here again, which means a lot! Over all an outstanding experience that I highly recommend! Their undated technology was impressive and made communicating the issues of my 06 Northstar engine smooth and simple to understand without the feeling of being beat over the head by pricing. But who am I to tell you?! If your looking for reliable service in a timely manner A.Anthony's the place.

Brought my 2020 civic in for service and as usual was provided stellar service!! They sent photos of every part of my vehicle, went through every inch of the vehicle provided a quote for needed maintanence and was finished in a timely manner... I have previous experience in auto service and I have never experienced just a high level of service in my entire life from a service department or mechanic shop. Dealerships around the country should take note of her processes. Thank you again and I will be maintaining any vehicle I can with them and recommend this company to everyone

Excellent customer service! Extremely knowledgeable about car maintenance and service. Worked on my ‘85 Corvette and did an amazing job!

The emission engine light came on in my wife’s Acura RDX. We dropped her car off in the evening after hours. The technician diagnosed a leak near the computer system. The issue was resolved the same day. As with my Toyota after repair,, she is not experiencing any further problems with the issue. We will continue to use A. Anthony’s as our auto repair company. We highly encourage others to consider their service! The communication and service is A+++! .

Expect incredibly friendly and knowledgeable service if you bring your car here. Their diagnostic website with pictures and descriptions they send out is incredibly helpful considering how much more can be diagnosed while a vehicle is on a lift. The site also makes it easy to approve and decline work, and the staff that run it are good about giving you options for service depending on what needs done. Very happy to have taken my car there!

If ever there were a more clean/professional/kind place to go baby this is it. I felt like I was at home. It was quick and friendly. This is definitely my new one stop shop. And they stand by their work. I definitely would send my mothers here.lol

The owner is Genett she is amazing. I called and told her that I spoke with a Chris or Tony she stated we don't have any employees by that name. I told her that I may have called the wrong shop. However, she was so understanding and honored the price that I was quoted for a diagnostic . I met the staff on yesterday and everyone is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this shop to get any services completed.

I was rear-ended and my insurance couldn't find a body shop to service it for two weeks. We called A. Anthony's and they not only got us in the same day, but they also had tow truck sent out within an hour of our conversation. Even during these times of uncertainty about pandemic, supply chain issues etc. A Anthony's worked with the insurance company and got our car back us within 2 weeks! Unheard of!!! Our car also looked better than ever! Amazing customer service, trustworthy staff and amazing work. Just can't say enough about the amazing people at A. Anthony's. Highly recommended.

I was experiencing issues with my car and I was worried about how I was going to get it repaired since I moved here from out of state. I had my car towed to D. Anthony’s Automotive and Genette and her staff took great care of me from start to finish. When I got my car back, it was driving like new. My car is driving so much better and it doesn’t take long to accelerate and reach a good speed since the coils were replaced. I’m very happy with the improvements with my car and I will be returning in the future to get other repairs done. Also, Genette demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to my concerns with the cost of repair and the amount of time needed to do the repair. D. Anthony’s Automotive provided top of the line professionalism and I will definitely recommend this business to anyone that needs their car serviced.

I used to have my car maintained at the dealership, but I switched to A. Anthony's two years ago. The experience here is much better. Customer service is amazing, the technicians take pictures of whatever is wrong with your vehicle, and you always have the chance of getting a discount with their mystery envelopes. Also, they always figure out what is causing weird noises in my vehicle and fix it the first time. I highly recommend!

It was true 5 star experience. The entire staff exemplified what more auto service should be like. Very customer oriented, kind and caring about the customers needs. They even accommodated me during my work hours by providing me transportation to and from my home while my car was being serviced. The owner and her office manager were extremely professional. And they were affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone.

A very thorough and professional service center. A detailed photo/video diagnostic was done and shared with me so I could see with my own eyes exactly where and what the issues were. The staff was very helpful in explaining some of the details to me, as I am not particularly savvy in the area of auto repair. They were also very efficient and I had my car back in no time! No delays, no hassles! Excellent customer service with a follow up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Great communication. They also help you set up a car care plan so that maintenance can be performed in a timely fashion before greater problems occur. I will be definitely be going back to my next service appointment .

Genette is very kind person that understands the need of the customer’s repair work. When mobile service was not able to perform at home due to the nature of repair of gas line, she offered an option to either take it to the nearest auto shop or use her shop by sending a tow truck. I accepted her advise and don’t regretted. Repair was on time as needed with professionally managed and handle to repair my vehicle. I strongly recommended this shop for the vehicle repairs and maintenance.
