My experiences with Core Medical are always positive, and although my favourite doctor is Dr Eoin, I would highly recommend his entire team, including the friendly nursing and reception team. I choose to go to this practice, because of the philosophy of ‘getting to the core’ of any health problems by talking about them and dealing with the cause before suggesting pills. And if there is a serious problem , I have every confidence in the expertise at Core Medical.

I prefer to use an online booking service when I require a medical service. I’m told that I can use HotDoc or The Family Doctor apps to make appointments at Core Medical. Both of these platforms have let me down recently by not working, causing a confirmed booking to disappear or arbitrarily changing an appointment time.

Welcoming, polite. They looked after me through the whole process, my physio specialist is Tiffany, she is very encouraging even thou i was not having a good day mentally n physically

Great staff. Dr Merrywell was amazing and so supportive and helpful during my appointment and it was not easy for me to open up but she was fantastic and so understanding.

The staff are friendly and courteous and this has been my medical care place for many years. Apart from a longer than usual wait for my Dr. Everything was as normal - good.

Amazing place. Friendly welcoming staff. Didn’t have to wait too long. Doctors who take the time and listen and genuinely care about your wellbeing . I felt like a person not just a number. Highly recommend this practice.

I only ever see Dr Natasha Gilchrist female health and general medical needs. I feel so comfortable in her consults. When you find a good dr you know. I never feel pressured or not listened too. Being a health professional myself I know the importance of having a good GP. Dr Natasha is lovely and I highly recommend her to all my friends. Thank you for your help Dr.

Dr David Hill at Core Medical is an absolute legend! He is such a fantastic Dr! He takes the time to listen to your concerns and is very thorough, after living in NZ and having the same family Dr all my life. I struggled to find a Dr here in my local area that genuinely cared about their patients. So I would go to a walk-in clinic and see any Dr available, but since finding Dr Hill, my family and I only see him. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasant experience, been using this practice for 7 years only recently changed to Dr Hill and he is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.

Clinic tidy receptionist helpful and friendly,Nurse took Richard’s stitches out very professionally and also friendly. Dr Hill and Dr Ellis always easy to get on with and professional.

Reception staff were friendly and cheerful. My Dr is very good, so are the pathologists who take my blood. I’m happy with the service I receive and I have been coming to score medical for many years.

Dr Gilchrist is wonderful. The practice is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and efficient. The early morning appointments are handy for full timers. I am often able to get 7am appointments.

New GP to the practice Dr Merrifield. I found her to be really understanding and very thorough. I didn't feel at all rushed and she follows up on results. I think I've found my doctor, thank you 😁

Like this practice. Had minor skin cancer surgeries done here. Very clean and well run. Dr McDonnell very easy to talk to and listens. I have my regular skin checks here.

Current ladies on the desk are friendly. The practice as always is clean and well run. My appointment was on time and I can highly rate Dr John for skin checks.

I have been attending Core Medical since it opened, as our family have been with Dr McDonnell for years. All of the Doctors there are excellent, in fact the whole team there is brilliant. My only negative feedback is directed more at the company that now owns the practice. Your website and appointment booking site needs a LOT of work. Not all of the Drs are listed at times, and the site doesn’t work properly half the time, meaning you have to ring the practice anyway and bother the poor receptionists just to book appointments. Also disappointing for a pt that has been attending the practice for YEARS to now being charged for visits. ☹️. We understand the strain on the medical system and are sympathetic, but at the same time, it’s not like our family ‘doctor shops’ and flits in and out of your practice. Both my husband and myself have longstanding issues, and attend for regular bloods, scripts and care plans, plus we have an Autistic son on meds.
