Had coffee and cake after a movie on a Sunday. Thought I would try their special coffee and cake and wife had a vanilla slice. The vanilla slice was nice. The cake special was like a chocolate gateau but the serving was absolutely tiny. I don’t think I have ever seen a cake serving so small. The coffee was just ok. The young server spilled coffee all over the plate when arrived and just carried on and said nothing as if that was normal and acceptable. Had to say something then she did ask if I wanted a replacement but I don’t like waste so just asked for napkins to mop up the spill. Disappointed.

Would be nice if they could clean their dishes properly. We've always enjoyed our time here but this was a big disappointment. The ice chocolate was shockingly mediocre for a big cafe. Food came in burnt and the pancakes were decent hence the 2 star rating. Not coming here again. Edit: Lowered it to 1 star... for a $42 meal you'd think the food would be actually hot and edible. The waiter also put my spoon on the table instead of inside the glass. Don't come here if you value hygiene!!! 🤢

Took the famil the o this place for lunch. I got the Surf and Turf Burger and it tasted good. Was about 18 dollars. Did not come with chips. The coffee at this place is good

I love Miss Maud coffee and food. It’s my regular place for coffee and to meet friends. I noticed staff members are not smiley. I even made a comment to the young man at the register to smile. He gave me a smile when he served my coffee. I work in retail. Welcome your customers with a smile.

Bought scones from here. Scone was dry and hard like a rock. Returned it and I was told it was frozen. Never knew they serve frozen scones. They microwaved another one came out very horrible. Worst scone I have ever tasted. Had to return it and didn’t bother for a refund.

Ordered the Norwegian Prawnnboard. Prawns were tasteless, hardly any so called your special sauce. It was supposed to be an open sandwich...it was impossible to eat it as a sandwich. I have been in hospitality for over 30 years and the way you Gus constructed it was impossible to eaten as such and your'Swedish' bread was nothing more that a slice of coles slice sandwich bread and the very bottom of this pile of mostly lettuce leafs. . My partner ordered a pepper steak pie which was microwaved no crispy at all....Ikea has better food That tells you something huh $52 for a meal that would cost $30 anywhere else.

Red velvet cheese cake was so delicious! My kid ordered Gnocchi school holidays special for $5. Good portion size and tasty. Service was great too.
