A really disappointing experience. No flavour and very little topping. The actual delivery took ages and in fact needed a second phone call to chase it up. The vesuvio 14 inch with meat and chillies was tasteless and was a trudge to finish. The dough was ok and thin crust as it said. The side order of chips to share were nice. The only positive from the delivery.

Pretty good. Food is authentic Italian and I suspect the owner is genuinely appreciative of Italian cuisine. Food portion is decent and quality of it is on par with what you would expect if looking at prices. Worth mentioning this place is rated 5 star hygiene 5 years in a row. I would gladly order from here again and would receive a good meal for a good price.

Got Francesco’s for my birthday meal and it was amazing. Really delicious. Would highly recommend. They even sent me a complimentary Tiramisu for my birthday and drew a little cake on it! ☺️ It was really lovely and made the meal extra special ✨

Really disappointed. Delivery time was okay, about an hour. Food was bland. The mozzarella they used was tasteless, cheap. Garlic sauce had no hint of Garlic, just a really strong and thick mayonnaise. Pepperoni slices were spicy. You can get better Pizzas from Tesco frozen section. Gave it 2 stars because the tomato base they used was actually good. But not enough to get me returning. Heard it used to be good. But, key word is “used”. Avoid.

The garlic and mushroom bread was excellent, in taste and quality of bread, with plenty of mushrooms! The pizzas also were on a wonderful, thin bread base. Again, with excellent flavour. Only complaint, was that the Pollo and Pancetta, did not have enough Pollo! On the principle of Potato and Meat pie, as they usually have more potato than meat, it should have been labelled Pancetta and Pollo. A lack of chicken! Delivery was near enough on time, ten minutes late, after a phone call; was told that delivery was on it's was, which was fair enough!

Very disappointing, we ordered our food and a bottle of wine. We was told it would be an hour ... we rang to check where it was they said it will be with you in half an hour. We rang again they said 10 minutes. It eventually arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes later. Terrible service won’t be ordering again. Nothing worse than being feed lies!!

The pizza iv had recently as e the last cupple of times, have been short of onions and the pepperoni was thrown off the top of Pendle hill in a force 10 Gail. These pizzas used to be the best around. They are not cheep. These pizzas used to be full to the brim with ingredients. Or does this happen just for pizza that's delivered.

Had ordered here a few years ago and it used to be good however the food was ok but was not worth the almost two hour wait for it to be delivered. They used to be better in the past but won't be using them again.

Pizzas from this place are better than most restaurants - from the base to the toppings just perfect.
