service

communication
!!!
Both
in
store
and
online!
On
Sunday
I
visited
the
St.
Helens
store
with
my
very
excited
7
year
old
to
buy
her
first
mountain
bike,
she
picked
her
lovely
pink
bike
but
was
told
by
the
female
assistant
it
wasn’t
in
stock
but
they
had
them
in
other
stores
and
she
will
call
around
and
get
her
one
ordered,
after
30
minutes
she
was
still
on
the
phone
but
wasn’t
giving
me
any
updates
to
what
was
the
delay,
I
then
approached
the
desk
and
she
informed
me
‘I’m
sorry
I
can’t
get
hold
of
any,
we
don’t
have
them
in
stock’
??
Even
online…
I
was
confused
because
she’d
name
the
store
Chorley
that
had
3
in
stock,
and
we’d
seen
the
bike
online
and
that’s
why
we
went
in
store
to
test
it
etc
,
we
left
the
store
as
it
was
closing,
my
daughter
was
obviously
upset,
I
sat
in
my
car
outside
the
store
and
ordered
the
exact
same
bike
online,
stating
it
would
be
delivered
on
Wednesday
13th
July
or
before
(
great
my
daughters
birthday
Thursday
)
Wednesday
comes
and
no
update,
tracking
still
states
order
being
packed,
I
left
work
at
4pm
and
called
customer
services
and
was
informed
not
to
worry
and
the
bike
is
out
with
the
courier
service
and
would
arrive
before
9pm
(obviously
frustrated
but
happy
my
little
girl
would
have
a
bike
on
her
special
day
)
obviously
the
bike
didn’t
arrive
and
now
I’m
stranded
without
my
daughters
present
!
The
communication
and
service
you
wouldn’t
expect
from
a
well
established
and
nationwide
organisation,
if
the
bike
arrives
it
will
be
sent
back,
I’m
also
in
the
market
for
a
bike
and
I
will
be
taking
my
custom
elsewhere!
Very
disappointed.
