I got an appointment the day after I got in touch with them, the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, after I completed a short registration form I was taken to the room for my appointment, the lady was very professional and explained every step of the way clearly, I was put at ease instantly, I got both ears taken care of within about 20 minutes. The process was painless and instantly I got my full hearing back in the ear that was totally blocked, I can thoroughly reccomend Ear Clear Hearing Care without any hesitation. I booked my appointment online and I got it for the next day. On arrival I gave the nice lady at the reception my details and I was told in a nice manner to take a seat. Waited only a few minutes and Roy came and led me to a room where I completed a questionnaire. After completing the form I followed Roy to the room where Roy carried out the work. It was painless and Roy was very professional throughout the whole time. I was very pleased with the work and I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. I will be using this clinic again in future. I would like to say thank u to everyone at the clinic and most of all thank u Roy and keep up the good work.

An excellent friendly service. Got booked in quickly. The lady at reception was very helpful. Roy then talked me through the procedure. I now have nice and clear hearing which is a god send after all the problems I've had with wax.

The clinic was very easy to find, with parking close by. I had an ear microsuctioned, and the process was clearly explained in advance and carried out quickly and carefully. Had a very positive experience here. Booked on line for a same day appointment. Arrived a little early and was made a lovely cuppa. As my ears had been blocked for about a week, went to the Doctor and was advised there was a 10 week wait to get seen at JCUH. Didn't want to wait that long so booked in. The staff were excellent with Katherine doing the procedure. She was superb, explaining everything as we went along. Although it's noisy, it is painless and strange to see inside your ear in such detail! In no time I could hear clearly again. I would definitely recommend them if you have blocked ears. For 3 weeks had no hearing in one ear and 2 lots of antibiotics didn't help although did clear infection. Made an appointment and was so pleased with the result, not only 1 ear completely blocked but 2nd had partial blockage. Suction done and I can now hear properly!

Booked on line on Thursday night as I had an issue with right ear, luckily I got a PM appointment for next day. Friendly reception and a simple form to complete. I would definitely recommend the Ear Clear Hearing Care in the Parkway Centre, Coulby Newham. It was good to be able to have my ears safely checked and without having to wait a long time. Everything was clearly explained, as I was shown on screen the inside condition of both ears. It turned out I didn’t have any wax blockages, but I was recommended a spray to relieve the problem dry skin and itching. I only needed to pay £10 for the informative consultation + £6 for the spray. Well worth it! Thank you.

This relatively new clinic in the Parkway Centre could arrange an appointment for wax clearing within a couple of days. Booking was efficient and I received a reminder 24 hours before the appointment with Roy. He cleared one ear immediately and arranged a second visit with no extra charge for the other ear which required further use of olive oil. I highly recommend his expertise and care which was a total success.

Booked my appointment online on the morning of my visit. Got in earlier than my 1:30pm appointment and was talked through everything that was going to happen. Quick check on any medical issues also before it started. Katherine kept asking me if everything was ok whilst she was doing the micro suction and was really informative Definitely worth the money !

Had my ear wax removed as i was practically deaf with it. The GP does not do this now.Appointments are easy to get on the website, sometimes same day or the next. It was easy to book an appointment online for micro suction at the clinic in Hartlepool. On the morning of my appointment I got a call to inform me that they had to cancel it due a water leak in the building but they would arrange to call at my home to do it there instead which was good service. Katherine arrived at my home during the afternoon and was very apologetic for the inconvenience that was out of her control, she explained the process in detail to me which made it easy to understand. I had booked microsuction wax removal for both ears based on what the nurse at my own surgery had told me, but when Katherine inspected my ears, only one was blocked so I didn’t need both cleaning, a very quick and painless process. Highly recommend them, much better and cheaper service than my wife received from another company.

I booked my appointment on line, turned up at the selected time and received a friendly greeting upon arrival. Roy was very efficient and knowledgeable when questioned, he talked me through the entire process and was very methodical throughout. I was very impressed with the whole experience and would recommend this company to anyone.

I had problems with my ear due to wax. There was a six month waiting list at my doctors. After 3 weeks I had enough and booked in for suction ear wax removal. The procedure was quick and efficient. All the staff are very professional. It feels so much better the pressure has gone and everything is very loud and clear. I would recommend this company.

Well worth a visit. On arriving, the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The audiologist I saw was excellent. His manner was very good and his advise was honest. It turned out that on this occasion, I didn't need any treatment, but I will definitely return in future.

Would highly recommend these guys, went years without seeing anyone about the blockage in my ears (particularly in my left side) until one day I’d had enough of being deaf and decided to book an appointment. I was booked with Roy, he was very professional and explained thoroughly how the process worked! I was sent away for 2 weeks as my left ear was blocked with a solid wall of wax and skin cells which meant it couldn’t be sorted until I applied oil for 2 weeks. I came back today to be greeted by Roy at reception in which he remembered me (very good customer service) and he sorted my left ear out for me. Do not delay, see these guys straight away! I still have a follow up to remove the skin cells but Roy explained why that couldn’t be done today and I won’t be charged extra despite having 2 follow-ups but as far as my hearing goes I can hear again and I am delighted, thanks guys I will definitely use this place in the future!

This service was recommended by my husband who had ear wax removed from both ears a few months ago. The appointment was arranged promptly and I was seen within a few days. On arrival I completed a small questionnaire before Roy escorted me to the clinic room where he explained the procedure to me. He was very pleasant, friendly and polite and once I confirmed I was happy to proceed he removed ear wax from both ears with the minimum of fuss. The procedure was painless, very slightly uncomfortable and a little noisy. 15 minutes later I was more than happy with the result and the clarity of hearing was amazing. I would not hesitate to use this service again and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

The team have been just superb, great customer care. Easy to book and quick responses on appointment times. The audiologist Katherine visited my elderly Mum with treatment clearing one ear and a planned follow up after prescribing drops to the other one. Kind, considerate and professional and it's already made a significant difference to Mum's hearing. Will definitely use this service again.
