The atmosphere is so clean, quiet and soothing. I received the 90 minute relaxation massage. I showed up early and the massage therapist took me! The pressure was exactly to my comfort. The sheets were clean, and the temperature of the bed was great.

I came in just to feel the place and see the cleanliness before I book multiple post-op services for my aftercare; and so I booked a yoni steam appointment. From the front to the back, it was super clean and smelled so relaxing. Misty took her time to listen and understand the services I was looking for and explained the process of each. I also discovered she offers surgery alternatives of many types. I definitely booked my appointments in advance, and I will see you when I come from Miami!!!

I have been to Cloud9 a handful of times over the past few years. I got the full body most popular massage and included a peppermint scalp add on. Enjoyed every second and love that she includes various oils and has other services/options available! Misty is very professional and does an excellent job. Will be back monthly from now on!

I was on Cloud 9, I felt so rejuvenated and balanced, I had a 1 hour full body massage and I felt like I had all the time in the world. Self love is so important ladies and men. The absolute best massage experience I've ever had. I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend because he had never had one. Immediately after the massage he was ready to book another one lol. The atmosphere, the lighting, the aroma, just the overall vibe was very soothing and relaxing. Misty even asks you about problem areas you would like to have them focus on. We loved the experience. My boyfriend and I came today for a couples massage session. I went in kinda nervous cause I’ve never had a massage before. Let me tell you..these ladies are AMAZING!!! They are very welcoming and listened to what we wanted. I was so relaxed I think I may have dozed for a few minutes. Everyone should come see them! The room was so peaceful and the heated bed made me relax even more. Will absolutely be coming back soon!!

Had the couple's massage for our 10 year anniversary. Very professional, good massage, clean place (which is not so common usually). We definitely enjoyed it. My only suggestion /complain would be that the place smelled strongly like fragrances which are toxic and give me a headache (plus damage our lungs) . I would suggest they use an essential oil diffuser with pure essential oils. That would be better for the ladies and also the customers.

Spa moment with some girlfriends. Misty the owner was super nice. Her space was super clean and relaxing. I received the BEST facial ever which was also done by her. She was very informative about the products she was using and had a sweet send out when she was done. I highly recommend her.

5 stars!!!! I've had 3 massages from Misty, and they were the best I've ever had. She focused on the areas that I was having pain or tension. On one occasion, when I had sprained my ankle, she even explained that due to the trauma and swelling, I may want to apply ice and allow time for it to heal. The environment is very clean and relaxing. Scheduling was simple and convenient. I will absolutely be going back!

Wow. Just WOW! A week ago, I came to Cloud 9 for the very first time. I was suffering with upper back pain, and I left without feeling any pain and felt so much relief!!
