We
dined
here
for
Christmas
eve.
Wait
staff
was
phenomenal.
Appetizers
were
outstanding.
Pre
dinner
drinks
were
very
good,
a
bit
on
the
weaker
side
of
cocktails
but
good
flavor.
Let's
talk
main
course
and
sides:
Ordered
two
dry
aged
ribeyes:
cooked
great,
missing
a
good
sear.
Not
the
greatest
dry
age
and
under
seasoned.
Flemmings
potatoes:
Reminded
me
of
the
boxed
potatoes
au
gratin
with
the
freeze
dried
potatoes
in
them.
Mac
and
cheese
with
lobster:
they
pour
some
of
thier
lobster
bisque
on
top..
not
sure
why.
Maybe
to
give
it
some
of
the
missing
flavor?
Subpar
Onion
rings
are
onion
rings.
Pork
belly
was
good
but
was
definitely
not
the
best
nor
a
decent
amount
for
the
money.
Lobster
tail
with
truffle
butter:
congealed
butter
on
a
lobster
tail
is
never
yummy.
The
caviar
was
a
nice
touch.
Now
for
dessert:
Berries
and
Chantilly
cream...
yeah
just
skip
that
one.
Sadly
Chantilly
cream
is
my
absolute
favorite
Carrot
cake
was
definitely
delicious
but
on
the
small
side
Total
for
2
was
$392
