I’ve
been
going
to
Christ
Community
for
years;
I
had
my
baby
with
Dr.
Nikki.
The
staff
are
always
efficient
and
take
patient
care
seriously.
After
today,
I’m
finding
another
clinic
and
I
will
advise
anyone
I
care
for
to
steer
clear.
I
called
this
morning
02/21/22,
and
explained
to
the
receptionist?
(unsure
of
her
job;
I
wish
I
had
her
name)
my
issue
that
is
essentially
an
emergency
due
to
excessive
continuing
blood
loss
-
apologize
for
too
much
detail.
She
couldn’t
have
been
more
cold;
her
response
was,
“Ok,
well,
first
of
all,
what’s
your
date
of
birth?”
After
audible
sighs
“Let
me
look
at
their
calendar”.
Then
came
back
on
the
line
to
tell
me,
“Ok
they
don’t
have
anything
until
March
14th.”
No
attempt
to
help,
work
me
in
during
the
week,
etc.
To
be
clear
-
this
wasn’t
an
attempt
to
drop
in
for
a
check
up,
and
not
wait.
I
had
explained
the
situation
as
soon
as
I
spoke
to
her.
Way
to
treat
what
is
a
serious
concern
(to
me
an
emergency)
with
a
years
long
patient.
I
felt
like
someone
should
know
this
is
the
judgement
being
used
in
patient
assessment
and
assistance.
I’m
alarmed
and
caught
off
guard;
I
didn’t
have
a
back
up
plan
for
my
Dr’s
office
saying
essentially,
you’re
out
of
luck
lady
can’t
help
you.
I
hesitated
to
her
statement,
but
I
said
ok,
I
will
try
to
get
treated
somewhere
else.
She
said
ok
and
promptly
hung
up
on
me.
Again,
thought
someone
at
CCHS
may
want
to
know.
I
also
wanted
to
warn
current
or
future
patients,
in
case
you
possibly
have
an
emergency
in
the
future.
Even
if
you
are
up
to
date
on
your
payments
and
have
no
missed
appointments,
do
not
count
on
being
helped.
I
don’t
think
it’s
the
standard
I’ve
seen
them
uphold
for
years,
but
I
guess
it’s
different
now.
So
sad,
I
loved
CCHS.
