I stopped for a coffee. The front desk person/ barista was slow. She was chatting with a guy and was slowly wrapping up something, while I was waiting, lol! Maybe he was her crush! The coffeehouse looks cool. There was many tables and a lot of people were chilling, and working. Clearly it’s the favourite spot of many people. I was alone, and the coffee was great. I didn’t sit there for a much longer time. They have some brunch/ breakfast/ lunch items too. I’m planing to go back soon.

The food and beverages are unique and delicious every time. The front of the shop has great pottery and fun merch made by local artists to buy. The back patio has a cute comfortable atmosphere to enjoy your food and drink and either get some work done or meet with a friend. The pottery classes are also something everyone should try! Hands on fun and pottery to take home that you made.

You can easily discern the quality of a coffee shop by the attention to detail of the menu’s penmanship. Everything is fantastic. Breakfast. Lunch. Hot or iced. Coffee or tea. Everything is quality. Wonderfully outfitted pottery studio as well. Great spot for creative entrepreneurs (or really anyone..) to knock out some work or take a break. Love this local business.

Pourovers are great. Good selection of different beans and espresso. Not too impressed with specialty drinks; they're VERY sugary. Takes away from the taste of the coffee. Food and staff are great. Edit: Check your orders if you're doing takeout. Mine have been wrong a couple of times.

Had to wait about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us standing there to order. Looked like they were training new people maybe?? Love the look and concept - they host pottery camps for kids. Just need to work on their customer service. I’ll give them another try next trip.

Love their new Peach Cobbler Latte! I ordered last minute catering coffee and they were super accommodating and helpful! Service was great and the baristas helped me to my car with the coffees! Such a great atmosphere and the mugs are always so cute

Belltower Coffee and Wine Bar Ok Belltower!!!! I see you!!!! I've always loved this coffee shop, but when they added the wine bar....it was a game changer!!!! As if I wasn't already in love with their monthly Small Plates and Cocktails Series!!! (They haven't announced August yet, so Follow them and be on the lookout! I'm already looking forward to my email.) I really love the Super Smash Bros Tournament they have on Friday evenings. Of course I didn't play. My Smash Bros skills are nonexistent!!! But my son had a blast!!!! So I did what any responsible parent would do! While he played video games, Hubby and I sampled their drink menu. My glass of Cabernet sang to my soul! Hubby had some type of Mojito that declared me the DD (Designated Driver) of the night! I think I might become a regular Regular at Belltower!!! Who knows....I might try my hand at Pottery Making or join them on Open Mic Night! Enjoy Memphis!!!

Delicious coffee, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff! But I want a vanilla latte cup with a handle^^ Next time, I want to participate in a class that makes mugs.

This place is a lovely breakfast place! The breakfast biscuit is one of my favorite breakfasts. Reminds of the ones grandma would make. I haven’t been here when the bar is open but I would definitely like to try it sometime. I’ve been here 3 times in the last month and it’s consistently impressed me.

Don’t get why this place has such good reviews. The latte tasted like straight milk with barely any espresso flavor. Got 2 drinks to make sure it wasn’t a one time mistake. The inside was cool though and the lemon blueberry scone was really good. Can’t speak for the rest of the food

Belltower offers great intro pottery classes! I attended one recently with a last minute injury to my hand that I thought would make it impossible to fully enjoy a pottery class. Our instructor, Micah, was willing to help me determine alternate ways to do every step of the process, and I was able to make some cool pieces! The set up is great, cost is so reasonable, and the instruction is delivered so well that even a beginner can make something to be proud of. Highly recommend!

edit: went back during cafe hours. the service was definitely a lot better and the vibes were wonderful. the internet was down which was unfortunate, but i was still able to get a lot of work done. will be going again soon! disappointed. went there because a friend recommended it, but the wine staff just messed around the entire time instead of taking our order. when they finally told us it was table service only, we sat for 30 minutes before politely asking them to clarify which menu to look at (more of a nudge for them to take our order rather than an actual question). they were very flippant and kinda rude. we waited for another 5 minutes before just leaving. waste of an hour, maybe ill try again during cafe hours to see if the staff is any better.

This coffee shop has plenty of tables and is a great open space but still feels quaint and cozy. There is a big patio as well. The menu has familiar and unique coffee and breakfast offerings. I always get the avocado toast and the biscuit sandwiches are great too. The staff is always friendly and takes the time to get to know the regulars. I always feel welcome. This is a great stop for a quick coffee or to hang out a bit.

Nice place! Stepped in for a cappuccino and sandwich after flying into Memphis. Nice atmosphere for working, studying, or chatting with friends. Very pleasant staff!

My new favorite coffee shop in Memphis 🥰 great customer service and quality food and drinks! Thanks 😊

Belltower used to be my favorite coffee spot in Memphis, and I used to drive far out of my way just to go for the awesome drinks and atmosphere. But they changed the hours to close at 3, which with my student schedule means I basically can never make it back into the shop before closing. This was one of two independent coffee shops in Memphis open in the 3-6pm window, and now I’m forced to study at a far worse business. I was so disappointed to see the hour change, and I really hope they’re able to fix whatever issue caused them to change the hours.

Ended up going here on a whim, we put our names in at another close by restaurant but decided not to wait the hour+ estimated time to be seated. At Belltower we were able to walk right in and sit down. The portions are smaller than I was expecting, but the food was very good, and the coffee was great. 4/5 stars based on portion size more than anything. Staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was good too.

Good quality coffee and cafe food options, but the atmosphere for work and studying is sometimes compromised by their decision to play music at such an overwhelming volume.

Amazing coffee, atmosphere, service, and food! From the moment I walked in I knew I would love the place. The barista greeted me immediately and was very friendly. The space is spacious yet cozy, situated next door to a pottery studio. If you want drip coffee you just pick your mug (amongst a fun variety) and they fill it for you. I got two lattes, a sausage biscuit and a chicken biscuit. The chicken biscuit was by far my favorite, light, crispy and super flavorful. The coffee is delicious and from what I saw they support Black owned roasters which is awesome. I will for sure be back every time I’m in Memphis!

I had never been to Belltower until this afternoon and I really liked it. :) It's a bright, musical atmosphere with several tables to accommodate things such as studying and reading, working in groups or working alone. The staff is very friendly, as well. I'd definitely go back!

Pros: Looks very nice inside and very spacious. Love that there’s tons of spots for outlets and a calm environment. Things to work on : Ordering process is confusing as you order from your table but are meant to pick up at counter (process isn’t clear for a new customer). Ordered an iced matcha and it tasted pretty watery, definitely not worth $7. Maybe it was a one time thing, so I’ll try another drink and try again.

Iced grasshopper latte was dreamy, maybe should have gotten hot, it’s a honey lavender matcha latte! Their banana bread was also very good and moist, maybe too sweet for some. Laidback vibe, busy with a diverse crowd. Line moved fast, staff are friendly and efficient. seems there is a variety of brunch and lunch items too. Wifi info at all the tables.

Stopped in while on a road trip through town. The place has really cool ambience! We both got iced honey lattes which were delicious! I got a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich which was also great! We were very pleased with our experience!
