Food was not outstanding - not for a Michelin star restaurant. Very over priced for the quality of the food. Our reservation was at 9 pm and all the service and experience was very fast - it seemed as if they wanted us out of the restaurant ASAP. as soon as we sat down they told us we had to order fast because the kitchen was about to close - so why do you take reservations at 9 pm? Service was very pushy to finishing fast. Definitely not a top place.

Although there did not seem as if you had many options because of the 3 pathways (fixe x 2 or full course) you were provided on the menu, you were able to pick a myriad of choices within each pathway and even order additional items. Food was delicious and appropriate for a 1 star. Very rich tasting food. Had the duck as the main dish and felt as if it were cooked just a bit longer (to medium), this experience would have been absolutely perfect. The smoked oysters were absolutely to die for and the venison tartar was excellent. Definitely coming back for the full course menu.

One of the best restaurants that I’ve been to! Delicious food & excellent service. They are a true Michelin star! 10/10

Oh Ariete! I have been here at least 3-4 times and I am overdue for a review. Each and every time I’ve been to Ariete I was delighted, it’s like they try to out-do the last time! I have never had a bad dish on the menu, but I’m one for trying new things and have a large palate. So if you are adventurous and always wanting to try new flavors, textures, and bites—go Wild when you order. Always order an espresso martini to finish off! The photos are of my most recent visit and again—wow. Ariete raises the bar! Honestly, it’s that good, money well spent, and I will continue to come back again and again. Oh I forgot add the atmosphere is a 10, staff a 10+, and the music is at the right volume. It’s a perfect spot for a romantic dinner, celebration, or just going for good food! Please enjoy!

We did an early brunch (10AM)/and the restaurant was empty. It was a relaxing non-rushed experience. The coffee was quite good compared to most places (smooth, balanced) and doesn't require milk to break down the acidity. The food was good but not exceptional. We ordered the bacon (thick pieces, pork belly style), eggs, and French toast. A little too much on the salty side but overall good. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful atmosphere but, disappointingly, the food was just not very good. I had the Mr. Green cocktail to start, which was good, but not anything to write home about. For $17, I expected a more complex drink. Had the Mr. Pink next, which was quite good and a drink I would order again. For food, we started with the Crema de Malanga appetizer which consisted of a soft boiled egg with truffle and croutons and it was simply not good. I have had a similar dish at dōma Miami that blew me away, but I stopped eating this one after 2 bites. Not worth $28. We had the charcuterie (3) on which we got the Brie and goat (both of which were very good) as well as the duck & foie pate, another thing I stopped eating after 2 bites. To be fair, the waitress recommended the blood sausage over the pate, but I wanted to give it a shot. Bread that came with the charcuterie left something to be desired as well, though they did serve us an nice warm, salty dinner roll that I enjoyed. As an entree I had the Wagyu Short Rib, for which I held out hope, but again did not deliver. The Wagyu is prepared “pastrami style”, which is just not a great way to prepare such an excellent cut. It was tender for sure, but the flavor was that of any regular old cut of beef. The red pepper jus it came with didn’t do much to help, though the shaved veggie Caesar on the side was excellent! For $55 though, I really expected more. My fiancée had the side of whipped yucca as an entree and it was quite nice! There were palate cleansers served before and after the meal. The one served before was tasty, but the one served afterward was horrendous. Do not eat the guava and cheese palate cleanser. My fiancée borderline spat it out, so I just nibbled to try it. It was the night before my birthday, so our waitress, who was very sweet and a good server, brought us out the flan dessert on the house. Very kind. The flan was fantastic! Best thing we had all night and I am normally not really a flan guy. Definitely order that. Overall, I would say Ariete is a bit overhyped and I most likely won’t be coming back. Worth a shot!

The reason I give this place 1 star is because we got a bottle of wine and after we finished eating we ask for the wine we had left and they told us the bottle was over when it wasn’t because we saw the last time they served us wine the bottle still having wine and we talked about it. We paid for that bottle they didn’t give it to Us for free. The food was OK tho. Mostly the appetizers. Even though I’m not coming back and won’t recommend this place to anyone I know. And if you’re reading this and still going just keep an eye on your bottle of wine. Hope the management of this place take this is consideration because it’s unacceptable . If you’re overcharging the least you can do is offer a 5 star service not to fooling your guest

Awesome playlist! The food was great and authentic (vintage tea set and plates a really nice touch), was impressed by the duck and the foie gras , the carrot butter and shredded cabbage underneath the leaf was really inventive. Portion size was great, and use of the custom cigar box worked really well. Wish our table was at the window instead of the middle next to another couple though, next time will request when choosing the tasting menu.

Very good service and food presentation. There were a couple of standout dishes, but the prices were out of line for the quality of the food. It’s Michelin star rated, but I wasn’t blown away.

Ambiance: 5, Service: 5, Food/drink: 5 We did the Veros Moderno tasting menu. This was a dinner to remember and savor! They were really cool about modifying it to pescatarian for one of us. -First, it’s a lot of food but very well paced. This was a 3.5 hr dinner with about 10 delicious courses. They are small portions but make sure to arrive hungry. -Second, the bartender made a non-sweet mocktail on request, with lime and basil, and it was outstanding. -Third, what stood out in the majority of courses was the combo of flavors - sweet, savory, sour, umami. Every dish was layered with flavors that blended together very well. -Fourth, the service is fantastic. The servers were very attentive and explained everything. -Fifth, it’s very cozy and warm, but also dark there. So my food pics aren’t great.

First Michelin star restaurant I have been to and what and experience. Atmosphere was clam and inviting just from the outside entrance. The range of music playing over the speakers was something for everybody. Extensive wine collection for hard-core wine enthusiasts and a nice collection for the less than average wine conasure like myself. The food clearly has the head chefs Cuban American heritage with his French learned cooking style. Words can't describe the taste of the food. You just have to do it for yourself. I forgot to get pictures of the deserts because they looked so tasty we just dug in 😄. But they were all full of exquisite tastes. Really enjoyed my dinner at Ariete.

Excellent service. Michelin worthy for sure. Been to 6/11 of the Michelin rests in Miami, this is one of my top 3. Came here on a Sunday with a group of 4; sat at the bar — Nile the bartender was A++; great drinks. Will be back

Went with the Versos Clásicos and enjoyed every dish and wine. Somm Freya significantly enhanced the experience with her vast knowledge and sweet personality. It’s always nice when your Somm is down to earth. The Sake was an interesting choice and pleasant surprise - I will be asking for Sake a lot more now.

Finally went for a full dinner! Definitely the best foie gras I've had in recent memory! The texture combined with the flavor of the sour orange caramel had it melting right on the tongue and prompting me to close my eyes. The platano was a fantastic accompaniment too. The amouse bouche might have been one of the best I've ever had! Light yet packed with flavor. We did the canard a la presse which was exciting for me as a lover of duck. The resulting sauce over the extremely tender and juicy duck was next level. I loved the sides it was served with too. Both the duck pastelito and pastele completely surprised me. The pastelito had such great flavor and was so tender and the pastele was a perfect texture and delicious. I also got the venison which had yummy mushrooms and truffle potatoes but wish the whole potato was truffle! The venison was very tender. For dessert I appreciated their play on mango sticky rice with mango and passion fruit, coconut, rice and Thai basil. So much better than I was expecting! It was the chocolate manjari shell cigar for me though, as it had my favorite: hazelnut praline. The entire dinner was delicious but didn't feel too filling. I loved the French Syrah wine served. The service was warm, accommodating and the canard presse presentation was so very cool, I learned a lot! The restaurant is beautiful and it's fun to have the open kitchen. Next up, brunch!

Get to Ariete ASAP. My aunt and I went for a casual catch up dinner and it was so wonderful. From the food to the service to the ambiance- loved it. We sat by the kitchen, which was ideal because everywhere else in the restaurant is a little dark. But even with low light, everything was beautiful!

The food was great. The highlight was the truffle chicken which was flavorful. And the King Crab, which was fantastic with the Yuca. We also tried the venison, which was ok. For dessert we had the cogas which was DELICIOUS. Overall food was par for what is expected for a michelin star restaurant. The service was below par for a michelin star. Waiters were not friendly, would not be on too of our table, and not really too engaged in the experience. Michelin star waiters are exceptional. The atmosphere was ok. A bit loud.

Foremost; excellent impecable service by Manny and the whole crew; starting with meeting the hostess all folks very professional and friendly. The Tasting Menu is some of the best food we’ve experienced. Truly an experience to enjoy, plus it was very fulfilling as well. We did not care much for the oysters; very small, expensive and bland. Their signature Yellow drink was mediocre. Stick to their house wines. We will be back for the Monkfish and other delicacies.

Went to ariete for a different experience, definitely nailed it. The cocktails were delicious and the bar is beautiful. I appreciated how our server Peter explained every dish in detail. He was very attentive and patient with us being a large party. The concept for each dish was unique and the flavors were well executed. I highly recommend the monkfish Wellington and the venison. The charcuterie board was perfect especially the beets. The chefs definitely put a lot of love and thought into their menu. Overall very happy with this place and will be going back to try their lunch menu.

We had a reservation for 2 at 8pm. Upon arriving, they asked if we would like inside or outside. The inside is definitely much more preferable than outside. So, we said inside. To which they said that would be a 30min-1 hr wait, even though we had a reservation. They said it’s on a first come, first serve basis. It’s summer in Miami and based on the complete differences of atmosphere from inside and outside, they should have all reservations set for inside and outside be available to those who prefer outside or do not have a reservation (same way Stubborn Seed does their reservations). Or create the outside atmosphere to match that of the inside. The patio outside is very simple, nothing exciting but wood tables and some green vines under a pergola. It has very loud fans that will ruin your hair if you have it down. You definitely need it pinned back in a bun to prevent it from flying all over the place. And it’s very loud to carry a conversation. We opted to wait for an inside table because of this. Once we actually sat down inside, which is wonderfully done with an open kitchen and industrial ceiling and modern/rustic finishes, we had a wonderful time. Our server was amazing. She knew when to address the table and when to let things be. The food got better and better with each course. We did the traditional tasting menu without wine pairing and opted for a bottle instead. We added the duck course, which I highly recommend. And for someone who hates flan.. this was the first time I’ve actually enjoyed flan and savored every bite of it.

Worthy of at least two Michelin Stars. (They already have one). The flan was, quite literally, the best dessert I’ve ever eaten (inclusive of the desserts I’ve tried at 3 other Michelin starred restaurants). If you don’t eat this flan before you die, you have not truly lived your life. The presentation, the quality, the ambience — all incredible! Go there now.

My wife and I were lucky enough to stumble upon Ariete while on vacation and just had the most joyful meal of our life. We're not necessarily connoisseurs of fine dining but we usually seek out a couple exciting tasting menus a year. This menu just felt like a complete, well thought out experience. The service was spectacular with a friendly and fun staff that appeared fully bought-in with a shared mission. The ambience and decor was elegant, understated, but interesting. The cocktails were fantastic and well curated. Couldn't recommend the tasting menu more, we left impressed, giggling and happy, stuffed with incredible, creative dishes that we'll never forget.

Fantástico! Bartender Nile is spot on with service, drinks and recommendations. I had the bone marrow oysters, the sea urchin oysters and the well recommended meatballs. Plus, I ordered a side of marinated olives which were spot on. Everything was amazing. Especially the service. I cannot decide which flight of oysters was tops!

Sat outside for a Sunday brunch and it was a great experience. The table ordered a few items - the Chug Burger was likely the best smash burger I've had in Miami - double patty, nice soft bun. The Frita Benedict was also delicious, the chorizo patty did not have the slightly bitter taste regular fritas sometimes have - it paired very well with the egg and sauce. The pancake was also very good - it was one large pancake that seemed to have been cooked in a skillet or cast-iron pan. The guava and cream cheese toppings were good, but I preferred regular maple syrup (the cream cheese seems to have a bit of goat milk in it, a bit gamey). I would recommend these three items to anyone having brunch here.

This is our 3rd visit to a Michelin star restaurant, and although the food was good, we left underwhelmed and over charged. Amuse: great start. Nice thin tart shell with smoked carrots. Bread: a little dense and reminded me of a Hawaiian roll. The butter was great. King crab: one of my favorite dishes, great use of asparagus 3 ways. Fruit salad with tahini dish: underwhelmed. It reminded me of fruit and hummus. I’m not sure I can justify that being a course with such expensive prices? Chicken entree: my wife said it was best chicken she ever had.. really good. Pastrami short rib: great meat and sauce. The Caesar salad was the real mystery here? Why throw a regular Caesar salad on a Michelin star entree dish? Not elevated, and not worth the price. Cigar dessert: more show than substance here. Cool look and presentation, but the actual shell of the dessert was so hard we could barely break it. Again, execution not up to standard for the price. Flan: really liked it. Oysters: worth the $15 add on, really good. Good food, but not worth the price. I left underwhelmed.
