Wanted
to
buy
the
Groupon,
however
there
was
an
error
made
on
my
part.
I
called
several
times,
to
which
no
one
picked
up
the
phone.
Finally,
I
left
a
voicemail.
I
was
really
interested
in
this
studio,
the
reviews
were
great
and
it
was
close
to
my
home.
I
called
back
again,
and
Danielle
said
“
Amanda
right,
sorry
I
was
supposed
to
call
you
back“.
I
was
interested
in
the
intro
to
Pilates
class
and
was
wondering
if
it
would
count
as
one
of
my
classes
from
the
Groupon.
She
mentioned
it
would
not,
and
to
just
bring
the
Groupon
voucher.
after
checking
my
computer,
I
realized
that
the
error
I
made
was
putting
the
incorrect
email
address,
I
called
back,
received
no
response.
I
left
another
voicemail,
I
got
a
call
back
from
them,
Danielle
says
“I
missed
a
call
from
you?”
I’m
not
sure
what
type
of
customer
service
this
is
exactly,
but
I’m
glad
I
am
put
it
in
the
wrong
email
address
and
was
not
able
to
go
forward
with
my
Groupon
purchase.
They
also
mentioned
that
they
would
not
price
match
for
me,
Their
Instagram
states
that
their
Black
Friday
deals
ends
on
29
November.
However,
I
am
not
able
to
get
the
same
price
Groupon
offered
from
yesterday.
don’t
really
understand
the
reviews
behind
this
establishment.
I
can’t
believe
I
was
going
to
purchase
ten
classes
Groupon
at
a
studio
that
can’t
pick
up
the
phone
or
even
provide
average
customer
service.
