I always have a great experience when I visit the Merrick Mayors. The staff is very friendly, but the person who has always assisted me is Kristina. She is an exemplary employee. From the very first time I met her, she's treated me as if I've been a long time costumer. She's been extremely helpful in finding me items that I've requested. Very courteous and she treats me like family. If you ever need to look for jewelry or time pieces, I would highly recommend you speak to Kristina. I've already purchased a couple of items with her and will continue to do so whenever I'm in need of a time piece or jewelry.

We had a wonderful experience while visiting the store last time. Myrthea took care of us and went above and beyond on our purchase! She was very attentive and her explanations on posible financing was much appreciated. We would recommend this store above other Mayors SF locations since the customer service here is gold standard! All I can say is WOW! After a couple of disheartening experiences looking for a timepiece I was referred to see Myrthea Curbelo at the Merrick Park Mayors. She was courteous, attentive, and listened to what I was looking for. In that same visit I was able to meet the Manager Miguel Rodriguez who was also extremely professional and attentive. They both took their time in talking to me and made me feel valued as a customer. Definitely an example of Customer service. When I returned to pick up my time piece, again I was not disappointed. They literally made me feel valued as a customer. This has been an exceptional experience that was only heightened by the outstanding customer service from Myrthea and Miguel. I will definitely continue to bring my business to this location and refer all my friends and family as well.

Was saving up for some time to buy my first luxury watch. Randomly decided driving home from work to stop by Mayors and check out the watch I’ve had my eye on for months. Was greeted by Evelyn as soon as I walked in. She showed me a few pieces, including the one I’ve been wanting. She told me it was the only one they had, it had come in just last week. Evelyn was super nice and patient with my million questions. It was really nice she shared her excitement for my new piece.

I called Mayors to inquire about Cartier watch for a surprise gift to my mother. I was greeted by Evelyn Correa and from our first conversation she seemed very friendly and eager to help me. She was available the next day for an appointment. My parents joined me the next day so that my mother could try on the watch she liked and the experience was wonderful. Evelyn took care of us and most importantly made my mother feel special. I have nothing to say but good things, I received such great customer service from both the associates and the manager. They were informed, quick and helpful in helping me make the right decision. Great place to buy watches. Friendly sales people for a watch store. I bought a nice hard to find watch which required me to get on a waiting list, my wait was about half of what I expected... Reynaldo called me promptly when the watch arrived and let me put a deposit on it till I had time to come pick it up. Good shop. Check them out.

Was an amazing representative who work with us while we looked at pieces for my fiancée. But he ended up convincing me to buy a Datejust for myself.
