I dont like this shop at all, I myself think the staff are very unfriendly. Of course if you are younger you get a smile, the store it self is nice but not very organised and no one to ask for help, unless you are younger .

STAFF ARE RUDE!!... young girl on the till with purple hair stood there chewing gum didn't say a work I asked a question she just shook her head then a member of staff asked her something and she rolled her eyes, to be honest she isn't the only rude staff member there they all walk around with coats on look phones in hand chewing gum chatting to each other its a shambles in there clearly employing kids to pay a low wage and they can't even be arsed to be there! Half look like they need a good bath .... it's bad in here ill stick to redditch or merryhill JD 👍

Thought there was no staff in shop..after walking around the shop for 15 minutes with a potential purchase in my hands..a young girl came from out back from toilet break and served me... was very apologetic and polite and served me promptly... then i realised two other people who I thought were customers chatting together at the front of the shop were actually employers... pleased with my trainers and young assistant ... well done 👍

Clean, tidy and presentable store much better overall compared to 3 months ago.

I see that the opinions and feelings of others are the same as mine. Staff interested in fun and when they graciously serve you, they do it with disgust. I won't spend any more of my money there.

It's a good store and all but here's the story.. Upon entering the store, there was a foul smell of burnt frying oil. I thought it was just the smell so I carried on with my shop. Little did I know, the clothes I had brought were smelling the same as the shop, if not even worse of a burnt oil smell. After 3 washes the smell still hasn't gone away..

Good value items that represent there price.
