Too many staff messing around! Dancing and more concerned in breaks than customers. To the point I had to drive 15 miles back after getting home and realised that the security tag was still on garment, I would like to know why the alarm did not go off on leaving the store. Maybe the staff didn't turn it on!! When my son went into the shop to get the tag removed it went off and the staff just looked at him in confusion as he was coming into the store. Needs to be sorted as I won't be in a rush to return.

The store is located within the potteries shopping centre, Hanley and was really busy when we visited. The staff were super friendly and helpful in finding the correct sized athletic shoes.

Good store with some nice attire

I'm not a fan of this chain for reasons I will explain, but this is a good one. Excellent staff who are not only helpful but approachable, particularly the petite young lady in glasses, such a knowledgeable member of the team. There is always someone on hand to assist you. Serious bargains to be had, I recently picked up a pair of trainers marked down from £85 to £21! Good selection of ladies footwear unlike your nearest rival one floor below! Reasons I'm not a fan in general? Gondolas and wall bays are *packed*. It's really hard to find sizes without feeling like you've wrecked the joint. Trainers seem to have no sense as to how they are merchandised. Maybe it's the display hardware, but it's just unappealing. Head Office and Store designers- What is the obsession with dim lighting in stores?! It's not pleasant at all! Get some bright LED's people, we want to see those products!

Today was our sons birthdays. One was 12 and the other 11. They had birthday money so we took them around the shops to spend it. I would just like to say that the people who served us were lovely and couldn't do enough for our boys. They walked away very happy with their purchases so well done hanley store.

Love this shop for clothing for my kids clothes but make me feel awkward as been ordering a lot lately due to Christmas and sons birthday. Comments like she's here again. I've been into the store today and have had an apology which is nice . The member of staff I spoke to today is always lovely

Lovely staff, very welcoming and helpful. I just popped in for some advice and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Footasylum will definitely be a top choice for me now.

First time in here good selection of clothes. Got my self and son good quality coats

Me and my partner went into Footasylum for a gillet and the lady who served us was kind and informative. She seemed like the manger and she was lovely! I was looking for some shoes and they didn’t have them in stock but the same lady went out of her way to look for them on the converse website even though I didn’t ask (I did buy them so thank you!) She ask helped my partner with creating an account to save money in the future and talked him through the perks. Thank you again we will be back!!

The staff are meant to check shoes 3 times before the customer has them, I went home with different shoes clearly weren’t checked and I’m not in Stoke. Absolutely gutted
