Nothing wrong with products but staff leave a lot to be desired, absolutely no idea of customer service. Was left stood there like a Pratt with a trainer for ages by someone who clearly had no intention of getting it as he was too busy showing off to a female colleague, when I went and asked the manager (didn’t realise it was the manager but she clearly felt the need to tell me) and tried to make a joke she saw fit to take out her bad day/week/year possibly life 🤪 out on me. If the trainers hadn’t been for my son who was stood next to me I’d have gone somewhere decent like jd 😂

The footwear range has diminished somewhat, not as good of store as previous years, I much prefer JD Sports, although it is still a good store.

Staff wasn't very friendly, my son tried on shorts a t shirt , but wen he passed them to me they was filthy n covered of dust and hair , j asked if they had any more but they said they hadn't didn't even check

Awful experience with female staff member over a refund, she was rude and asked if I had proof of signature with the card I paid for items with,, what dark ages do you practice in? Maybe paying by cashiers cheque in future if thats more modern for you? Having only been in the store 5 hrs before my return due to covid secure quarantine measures etc i thought best to get it back asap, which may i add too nearly every shopper and staff had no mask on or just protecting their chin I felt rather annoyed as I was wearing a mask (over my face) will not return any time soon to spend money here

Worked here a good few years ago. Management were lovely to begin with, lack of diversity or culture. I was victimised and treated noticeably different to the rest of the team. Disregarded my previously mentioned back complaint and left me stood in the same place for long periods, no reasonable adjustments made. I was made to feel like a complete outcast and given the jobs no one else wanted to do. I was sent home for talking on the shift apparently I wasn't doing any work, however I was helping a colleague with a shop tidy. Other colleague wasn't penalised at all, ended up handing in my verbal resignation and walked out. It felt a lot like a racial issue, however I won't be typical and assume that, I'll put it down to simply not being fond of me. I thought about going to HR but it seemed to be more hassle then it was worth.

Picked up some nike dunks at a great price.

Really pleased with my tops I bought been looking for years for a snug fit vest's where the arm pit doesn't hang by your waist really pleased

Brought a bag in the sale decent stock and friendly staff.

Terrible Service woman at till is rude. Slouches away from me when I asked her for a size seeming like she doesn’t want to work there . Singing away to the music and ignoring customers. Honestly worst place to shop at with that service

Guys in there were brilliant. So polite and helpful.

I ordered a pair of hugo boss sliders from footasylum and as I waited for them to arrive on the day which is the 5th of October they decided to re direct the post back to footasylum with no explanation. I had to call them up and wait 40 minutes for them to tell me it is out of stock and when I asked them why I was not informed they had no reason for it. So I had to travel all the way to the city centre to purchase them.

I love there clothes and all but no trouser sizes for 6 ft or above. I am absolutely disappointed

Usefull sales staff, satisfactory service

Was very disappointed, returning trainers for a refund to be told I was entitled 2 a refund but because I paid with cash my refund had 2 be cash, but no cash in til so unable 2 get a refund, had 2 make another journey 2 get a refund!

It maybe because I'm not in the right demographic, but I found the staff in this store to be unattentive and clothes prices to be extremely overinflated.

Don't know why they call it footasylum when there's more clothes than trainers xx but nice shop

I was greeted politely on entering the store and asked if I needed any help, I declined and processed to browse round the store, when I had made my decision on what I was purchasing the young male store assistant was very chatty, polite and vetry helpful in getting my trainers for me and taking them to the tills where I was served by another polite male member of staff.

Did not find what I wanted, if there was something that made me want to leave the shop asap was the "music" inside the shop, I personally class that as noise, but I know you'll say it's a matter of taste, perhaps they want to attract the right (or the wrong) kind of customers for the type of stuff they sell, and the music is a deterrent for anyone else.

Got some amazing trainers.
