I paid almost £5 for a bowl of just pasta that was very over cooked. It fell apart as I put the fork into it. Staff are pleasant however. Think the quality of the food, especially for the price, could be improved

Food was great, service was pleasant, a little slow but that is may be due to its popularity. Great value and certainly one of the best in the food court. I don't understand why Pizza Hut exists two doors down when they have proper pizza.

Pizza was amazing. Service was very good and the food came out really quickly.

Just eaten from here the Cajun veg pasta bake. We shared a meal which was just the right amount as a snack. We were served my Melissa who was very helpful and advised us on what was on offer and what the ingredients were. Definitely go again

Only gave 4stars for atmosphere as in the middle of Merry Hill, lol!. Also 4 for food, as delicious as it was, it was a bit skimpy on the fries. Joanne, who served us was friendly polite and very helpful so 5 starts for her x

This was my first try and I was very impressed I had the slice of smokey chicken pizza with a slice of cheese garlic bread and coleslaw, the cheese garlic bread was very nice the dough was tasty and crunchy and the topping perfect too. The pizza slice was also very tasty with a nice bade to it and crust, even the coleslaw was nice as well, the staff where friendly and helpful, overall I will be back again to try something else

Jo is so lovely, excellent customer service. People need to be more like her. Definitely an asset to the team. Very smiley and positive and made me feel welcome. So glad I came here to grab a quick lunch. Also excellent food. Thanks so much.

Really good service from Melissa at Merry Hill, nice to have someone happy serve your food. Also very impressed with how she keeps the cutlery covered so people can’t dip their hands in! Can’t really rate atmosphere as it’s a food hall and so very busy, but as expected so can’t complain!

Me and my partner went here a few weeks back, with amazing food and really good prices!! Whole 12-inch pizza for £13.99!! Fries and pizza both were great, me and partner will definitely be coming back for more 😊

After being rudely spoken to at the Pizza Hut stand, we went over to Napoli and were served pleasantly by Melissa - the pizza and chios we ordered were delicious and reasonably priced!

The lady who served us was lovely, I ordered pepperoni pizza with cheesey garlic bread and some fries Wich came up to 4.90. Now the garlic bread couldn't really taste the garlic but it was there same with the cheese, the chips were just your regular old chips they were nice and hot crunchy on the outside wasn't really any potato on the inside. And now the pizza all I could taste was pepperoni it was just like the garlic bread just that the cheese wasn't really there. Overall the customer service was great lady was very lovely the food I'm giving it a 3.

Dreadful.!!! Fries weren't cooked and not fit for food consumption ,soggy and full of oil ,this is the effect of what happens when Fries go into warm oil and to top it off there was a string of hair on my pizza, Yes of course ,they gave me a refund and apologised,but i'm still writing this review for staff to be more vigilant while preparing food 🙃 .

We picked up a too good to go bag from here last night, it was horrendous the chips were hard and cold and we ended up with 2 slices of pepperoni 🍕 pizza that appeared to be burnt on the bottom. My kids couldn't eat it so the whole box ended up in the bin won't be ordering another from here really disappointing

First but certainly not the last visit. I opted for the pizza special, the pizza was perfect, i had chosen coleslaw and cheesy garlic bread as a side and both delicious, well worth the £4.99. My wife chose the spicy cajun pasta, and she told me it was full of flavour, the veg still had a bite to them and the sauce was amazing. We was served by jo, she was very welcoming and service with a smile is always lovely to see, she recommended the pizza deal as i was only going to have a slice but ended up with the special, so glad i did, and will definitely be back very soon.

The best pizza and garlic bread! Honestly I’m addicted! Service is always fantastic, great value for money and of course, the food tastes amazing. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Went to Napoli with my son today the food was amazing, hot and tasty. The service was A* thank you to Laura who served us you were friendly and professional.

Poor value, ordered the cajun pasta and it was literally just pasta shells in some watery shop bought pasta bake sauce. Did not look or taste good, something a child could put together. So disappointed as before the quality and portion sizes were always good

Awful Had slice pizza which was ok but side salad looked dead , chap on counter just laughed when advising there was no manager to do a refund. Was offered another side which I declined

Friendly staff food was really good especially the pizza, was served by a guy called Kieran who helped me pick the pizza

Wonderful customer service from Harry at the Merry Hill Eat Central. Apologised profusely regarding a delay on Garlic Bread and had a very nice smile on him throughout the transaction. On a personal note I recently "came out" and was very happy when he addressed me by my preferred gender. Thank you Harry. You're a credit to Napoli.
