Very helpful staff and no complaints with customer service. I noticed the store has halved in size since I was last there and not as much choice as there has been previously but good value for money and decent selection of items for all weather's and activities. Happy to shop here!

Zeyd is very friendly and helpful answering to all my questions give explanation to every little detail and he also helping us to take the best decision in buying the bike that my son Kevin wishes for long time. Thank you much appreciated 👍

I don't visit here often, but its always a very relaxed experience. Additionally, I found staff very helpful and pleasant to deal with, and no hard sell. All products purchase have been great value, and have lasted beyond my expectations. Plenty of free parking and other retailers nearby. I have no reason to rate less than 5/5.

Very good store, the staff are helpful and friendly. I also bought a camping lamp about 6 months ago and it still works perfectly!

Disappointingly much smaller store than before and consequently smaller range. As with all Decathlon stores, labelling is hopeless. I shall not be returning to this store, except maybe for click and collect - which is free at that store. If I can find a larger store, I may give Decathlon another chance, but look online to make my selection first (so that I can see the info not shown in store. )

Took my daughters bike as one of the front brakes wasn't working and the man fixed it there and then on the spot. He asked if we had time to wait, which we did and he gave me a price to see if I was happy to proceed. He also tightened the front wheel which was loose. Fantastic service at a really low price. So pleased we have been using Decathlon for our bike fixes. We have taken bikes to Halfords before who have wanted to charge ridiculous prices that seem to change depending on which member of staff you speak to but Decathlon have a price list on show which in my opinion is very, very reasonable.

Massively disappointing trip to decathlon in Coventry, went in there to have a look at their golf clubs that they have online as I wanted to see what they looked and felt like before purchasing because they look really decent…decathlon online have an enormous golfing section with numerous sets of clubs, balls, tees and just about everything else you’d need but when going into the store there was not one single item related to golf…like not even a single tee! Get rid of the endless isles of cheap clothing and actually put sports stuff in there! Massive sign above the entrance says ‘OVER 70 SPORTS’ that’s utter trash as there’s probably no more than 12-15 sports instore! Completely disappointed and a wasted trip!

I have visited the store a few times and the service is always great. The staff is willing to help at all times and the selection is pretty decent. Would recommed to any sports enthusiasts!

Decent store, helpful staff but limited choice and what seemed like low stocks (13.8.22). I got most of what I went in for but alternatives to what I'd planned to buy.

Amazing range of choice and great quality considering the lower prices than bigger chain shops. Bought plenty of summer equipment from here that I've now had for years. Only issue is the sizes, especially for kids, are very hard to judge without trying on.

Much smaller than it was a few years ago, useful to have, but mostly to order in and collect from store for free and return what doesn't fit immediately. They do have some stuff in store, just a small range.

Had none of the 4 items of cycle clothing I was looking for, barely any at all. Poor choice of most things. Loads of hunting trousers though, which must be really popular in Coventry.

Zeyd has given me the BEST service I had in my years in Decathlon. Thx for that! Store is small but personal is nice. You'll find yourself ordering most things through click & collect. Still a good store overall. Would recommend :) Decathlons quality control sucks hard. Check ALL products after receiving and leaving the store.

Small selection, main issue is being stuck with an overzealous £100 parking charge for having a wheel on the line at an edge space bothering no one. Then it took 30 mins to leave the car park because a match was on. It's useful to see things in person but I'll never visit in person again, they don't have much stock and it's a potentially costly visit!

I hate writing bad reviews but I’m so so annoyed, we made an effort to drive 35 minutes to the store literally just for jodpurs and riding boots for both our daughters and then we ended up getting some cycling shorts for our son. We left and got home and luckily checked our receipt to find we had been charged £25 for a hat we had not bought! If we hadn’t checked the receipt (we add it to their list to make sure Christmas is fair) we never would have known we had been overcharged. We called and we had no choice but to drive all the way back to be refunded, so far 2 hours out of our day back and forth to decathlon. While we were there we had ordered a second pair of jodpurs as they didn’t have 2 pairs in the same size (we have twins) and they arrived today THE WRONG SIZE!!! We found we are only allowed to send them back if we pay the return fee or if we drive back over to exchange them despite it not being our fault the wrong size arrived. Another hour and another tank of fuel. I am furious and will never ever shop here again. Incomplete staff and a totally unsympathetic customer service system.

Mike is the bestest sales person I have ever met. I am totally satisfied. He explained everything very well and in details in order to make my decision easy. Must say that he has guts so must be a manager because he knows how to convince the client.

3 stars because what we were after, whilst advertised as being available in store was not. We spoke to 2 members of staff, with the second having a little more product knowledge so gave some advice. What we did like was not being hassled, and the really good variety of accessories: boxing, weight lifting, nutrition. Shoe selection wasn't great nor clothes, the staff did say it was one of the smaller stores, but still looked pretty good to us.

Really excellent store with lovely helpful staff. After researching online we came to store to pick up a new bicycle for my wife. I expected just to pick up the bicycle in a box, but Michael really looked after us by checking the bike over and adjusting as necessary, and even installed the mudguards that we'd just purchased. Really exceptional service and excellent value - thank you.

Hi, is there any chance I could try out any of the bikes in store? I've not been there before and I was just wondering if that would be possible. Not renting, I mean like just taking it off the rack and sitting on it? Bit of a waste of tike but just to get the feel of the bike.

I visited this store few days back. The store clean staff nice very helpful lots to buy prices are very good and affordable depending on what you want to buy. I'm happy 😊

Very poor range of stock, especially running gear. Member of staff tried to tell me it is ‘out of season ‘ for running! I had been in the Oxford store the week previously and it had an excellent range. Annoying as I wanted to purchase a birthday present. Big store that will soon lose custom if they don’t wake up

Brilliant help from Nico in the cycle section, went above and beyond to source a part for a 5 year old bike, even though he was clearly super busy. Excellent service!

I ordered some camping pieces the night before, 1hr click and collect. Set off on the 45min drive to be told they have no stock. No apologies, no alternatives, just a voicemail and a refund. Chaos.

Harvin made our purchase so easy, very cooperative and suggested perfect products. thanks to him and decathlon for giving such varied options.

What a joke why would you only have card only self service check outs. yes you had what we needed but no mention that it’s card only and self Service only until you get to the till. Lucky we had a card on us otherwise we would have been going to your competitors who I no take cash.

All the other shops accept cash now. This doesnt what a joke! Spent 45 min in traffic just to be greated with "card payments only". Now if I lost my card ... cash is money as well.. never buying from decathlon again

It is a store that I like a lot but in Coventry every time I visit it is more limited in terms of the variety of products that Decathlon can offer.

The place is a joke went in with my 7 year old daughter on the 3 /9/21 to buy some horse riding stuff. Went up to the till to pay sorry we don't take cash card's only. It looks like that the way the shops are going cashless

Excellent shop for exercise or sport stuff. I.e. fitness running boxing swimming ECT. Nice friendly staff more than willing to help with any questions. They do not accept cash so card purchases only . Overall good experience.

When ever I'm buying sports items Decathlon makes my life easier.
