can't
believe
that
the
manager
of
a
brand
is
so
rude
and
ignorant.
How
did
you
choose
such
a
person
as
a
manager?
My
wife
bought
a
pair
of
pants
for
me
from
your
store,
but
unfortunately
she
did
not
choose
the
right
size.
When
I
went
to
the
store
to
return
the
pants,
I
was
faced
with
the
ugly
behavior
of
the
store
manager!!!
I
had
not
even
worn
these
pants
for
five
minutes,
it
is
completely
clear
from
the
appearance
that
they
have
not
been
used
at
all.
But
this
lady
told
me
in
disbelief
that
you
wore
this
and
ruined
the
belt
and
the
lower
part
of
it!!!
And
the
last
thing
is
that
they
told
me
that
there
must
be
a
tick
on
the
accompanying
product
so
that
we
can
exchange
it.
If
no
brand
in
England
wants
such
a
thing
from
its
customers,
and
if
your
rules
are
different
from
other
brands,
you
should
inform
the
customer.
When
we
don't
know
your
withdrawal
rules,
how
can
we
follow
them!
Maybe
if
I
knew
about
your
bad
rules,
I
would
have
never
bought
from
you,
although
I
know
that
this
is
the
last
purchase
for
me
and
my
family
from
your
stores,
and
I
will
inform
all
my
friends
and
acquaintances
about
this
so
that
everyone
will
know
about
the
bad
condition
of
your
customer
service.
