The staff is very professional and friendly. The hygienist explained everything she observed during the exam and what needed to be done for optimal dental health. The cleaning went very well and was virtually painless. Dr. Brown did a great job and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything she was doing. They also have noise canceling headphones to use. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Third Coast to friends and family.

Update: I had a broken tooth and saw Dr Brown to evaluate it. Very friendly, comforting presence. Gave suggestions and scheduled an appointment for a crown. I felt that I was a bit of a handful but she and the staff were patient and extremely professional. Excellent experience dealing with a bad problem. Highly recommend Dr Brown. Original review: I have a history of not following up and going to the dentist regularly but I’ve been extremely happy with Third Coast, especially Tammy. Thorough and kind, I appreciate how quick and painless my visits have been. Only cleanings and X-rays so far but will continue to see them for future work (and I do need the work).

From when you walk in to when you leave (and also when you call), they are communicative, friendly, kind, and do fantastic work! The front desk staff are so on top of things making sure you know exactly what you’ll be paying for and even calling insurance to clarify questions! They treat you like a human not a patient and in turn you walk out with a healthy mouth and beautiful smile. Cannot thank you all enough!

I was welcomed pleasantly by Courtney when I arrived & assisted with new patient forms; then Jessie took me in & did an incredibly thorough workup with full xrays & exam of all my teeth. She was friendly, professional & answered my questions knowledgeably. Then Dr. Emerich came in & went through a careful exam of my teeth, explaining with pictures what was happening with them. She identified problems I had not realized I had & explained what should be done to correct things & was very positive in her recommendations. I felt like this was the most extensive & proactive dental appointment I ever had! The technology used at Third Coast is quite impressive too! All in all... I was completely happy with the service & really grateful that I am being guided appropriately in my dental care now. Thank you!

Everyone who works at Third Coast Family Dental is utterly delightful. From the moment I called to book my appointment to the time I paid and left, the entire administrative team was beyond friendly and accommodating. Their hygienist Barb really went above and beyond. She took the time to carefully explain all the imaging and procedures both before and during my cleaning (which was probably the least painful cleaning I’ve ever had, by the way). She was very gentle, in general, but she showed extra care with my TMJ issues, offering for me to take breaks and reminding me to signal to her if I was in discomfort. When Dr. Andrea came in, she pulled the *multiple* varieties of dental imaging up on a flat screen TV, right in the office, and gave me an in-depth walkthrough of the all structures. Compared to my last dentist, this is some truly NASA level tech. Both Barb and Dr. Andrea were patient with all my various maladies, and really took the time to communicate with me, and each one another, to make sure they got it right. Some doctors make me feel like I have to give them the elevator pitch of my medical history, but I never once felt rushed or talked over. Overall, it seems like the staff really like each other, their jobs, and their patients. It was downright refreshing to be around. Honestly, 6 stars, y’all. They deserve it. 👏👏👏

Wonderful dentists and office personnel. They are very caring and make sure that pain is not a part of your treatment. I've had several procedures and they have always let me know what they were doing as they worked. I no longer fear going there as I know I'm in good hands!

I have been under the care of Dr. Andrea for dental implants. She has been so accommodating throughout the whole process. If I had any issues Dr Andrea made sure to fit me in her busy schedule. She is so kind and considerate! I have nothing but praise for her and the entire staff!
