I lived here and recently just finally moved/escaped out. I cannot tell you how bad the management is here. When you walk in, and look into the office, you will see the building manager dressed unprofessionally, during work, and also the virtual meetings conducted, showing absolutely no respect for the residents or his job title. The board President has been re-elected about 10 times and pretty much acts like a dictator and does not want to leave the role as it appears that there is an underlying reason he wants to continue doing what he does. The board is non existent as everything the board President says goes. Before you purchase here, you should visit the community room between 1-5 pm weekdays to see the demographics of the majority of your neighbors. They treat this building like a retirement home and you get fined for every little thing based on how much they like or dislike you.

I've been living in this building since 2000. All the building employees from doormen to maintenance have been superb and respectful. I read alot of reviews here and have to disagree with the negative reviews. Our new management office is great , very helpful and respectful. No building is perfect , my children grew up at Winston 300. Alot of great renovations are happening and its a good thing. I credit our board with this

Lived here for a few years now and the management of this building has significantly gotten worse since we first moved in. Walk through any of the hallways and elevators and you'll be sweating bullets. You can't advertise this as a luxury building if you won't run AC in the walkways. Also skimping on AC in these areas forces residents to keep their ACs running all day long as the heat from the hallways naturally flow into the units.

I actually went there for a delivery and this place is mad crazy, you need to go to a special side of the building to get the elevator they do not let you use the main door. It took me about 20 minutes to find a place because it’s not easy to find is a really small gap. If you ever get a new order from there again I would definitely not do it. The place seems really fancy and everything but the stuff is not really helpful I asked him some questions and they were really angry and mad

Very nice place to live . Staff are very helpful . Quiet and clean . Only negative things that I can say is wood floor . Building is very old that’s why wood floor in the units need to be changed .

The management and president are really bad, they manage in a manner that is best described as retaliatory and do not consider themselves as hired or elected rather untouchable with very limited accountability. Facilities are outdated, gym has closed with no timeline or plans for reopening, tennis courts were are unmaintained for a long period of time.

How can you have two guys in the front desk that are harassing everyone that comes inside the building they are so rude. The skinny one and the other one in the FRONT DESK. They are so rude and un respectful. The two guys from the front desk should learn from the two in the basement that are so nice, politely, respectful. How are you going to have the nasty one in the front of the building. That says alot of a building. The two guys from the front desk stole food from outside an apartment and ate it and then said you shouldn’t leave it outside. They are so nasty!!!

Very disrespectful security staff. Tried unsuccessfully to do an order through DoorDash to the address security was negligent discriminatory and downright rude Tom I could not stand for too long I’d have a very bad knee security told me that’s not my problem that’s yours I’m 62 I can handle standing so should you maybe you should lose some weight he said I would never go there if my life depended on it I’m gonna make sure DoorDash knows the disgusting and disrespectful behavior and hopefully some things done about it

We bought in Dec 2021. Building is always kept clean and security, doorman, super always friendly and willing to help. I love the views, amenities and the location. Its just a beautiful place to live. I love taking pictures of the views and I like the new gym on site, Management is well organized and great with finances- they did a good job building that quickly. The pool house looks great too. Anyone that visits loves the building- it’s easy for guests too with the guest parking. Also love that we have our contractor, Freddie Medina on site :)

WINSTON TOWERS DISCRIMINATES IF YOU ARE ASIAN! The 300 Winston Administration wants to hit the Asian community with every grievance, fee they can imagine, without even warning. I was in the COMMUNITY ROOM using the COMMUNITY TV when they even HIDE the remote, so the tenants cannot use it. When everyone was eating and enjoying the space, they decide to let everyone else go; meanwhile they hit the Asian with a $300 fee. None of the other residents were hit with that fee, and also to note, THESE RESIDENTS DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. Guess who did though? The ASIAN. Want to live in a racist building with a racist condo administration? I don't think so.

One of my Sorority Sisters lives in this building..I love the landscaping, decor and view from her 26th floor apartment. Beautiful ❤❤❤✅
