    I wish I could give 0 stars here. Received my sandwich and it was UNCOOKED. I’m 6 months pregnant and risked both my and my babies health taking a bite into this sandwich. I reached out to corporate and local store and their solution was to throw a refund at me and a free meal which is no where near worth me risking food poisoning due to salmonella. Will stay away from this location!!

    Food is consistently delicious. Never under or overcooked. I must admit the fries were not as hot as I am used to, but it was a takeout order. The staff is great! I guess the cult-like popularity is well deserved.

    Always quick, always accurate, don’t mind driving 15 minutes to this location to eat. The only thing I would say is that for the amount of times I frequent this location the rewards don’t reflect that. Other locations give out way more rewards for doing almost nothing, and with the app and signature status that’s a big factor on choosing which location to go to.

    Let me 1st preface this review stating I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in over 3 years. I was excited to have this treat! When I rolled up, there was an extraordinary long line but I intended to go inside for the dining experience anyway. I waited a pinch longer than I wished to, but timing was still very reasonable considering the guy in front of me spent almost $50. I always love to entertain myself by giving a funny name when they asked what to put the order under. :) When I started to unpack my meal at the table and reached in for the Mac and Cheese I was pleasantly surprised how heavy it was. I cleaned my hands with a perfectly sized Purell paper wet wipes they gave me and began to dig in. When I asked the gentleman at the register if the Mac and Cheese was crispy and baked or soft and creamy he said bolth, he was 100% right! I'm not sure if I could get the crispy baked part in the picture I'm gonna upload, but I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED the best Mac and cheese of any fast food joint! I got the spicy breaded sandwich. I requested extra pickles no tomato (oddly they don't have onions on the menu at all) and it came with lettuce, and no sauce. The chicken was so moist, and the bread was so soft (I wouldn't be surprised if it was steamed) that it did not even require mayonnaise! The spiciness was moderate and I wish the breading had more flavor, but still good. Another thing that caught my attention is that the cheese was not melted, it was perfectly warm and did not take away from the sandwich at all. Now for the fries... I asked for them to be well done & they were great as well. I dipped them in the garden herb ranch, which was absolutely delicious! I also Dipped the fries in their Buffalo sauce which I thought was just average. Lastly, for the diet lemonade. It tasted a little off, it did not stop me from getting a refill though, I would associate the taste with the sugar free Splenda sweetener that they used. I couldn't end this review without commenting on the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I mean this in a respectful way, everybody seemed like they were Joyful Elves in Santa's Workshop. Even if the food was mediocre, which it definately was not, I would come back just for the service and environment. The place was spotless and they have some sign posted explaining that the air filtration in that building is above any quality standards. A++ P.S. NEXT TIME I'LL TRY THE BREAKFAST MENU

    I eat Chick fil-A more than 10 times per month, usually at other locations, and I found their food to be very consistent overall (quality, taste, portion, temperature, etc.). However, this location is slightly subpar. 1. The filet in the sandwich was smaller than usual and even very thin on one side. 2. The chicken nuggets were some normal pieces with a handful of small pieces that had no meat in them. 3. Fries also were 80% broken pieces and crumbs with only 2-3 pcs whole. Hard to dip crumbs into ketchup...lol. Service and everything else was great. And maybe this is an isolated incident that happened twice here for me.

    Didn't get to see the atmosphere because I didn't go in but their food is top notch for a fast food place and the service was on point. Everything I needed to enjoy my meal was in the bag and I didn't have to ask for anything, plus the person who took my order and the other person who gave it to me were polite and friendly. The salad tasted like it had just been prepared as well. The chicken was cooked through, with grill marks and sliced thin, just how I like it. Will definitely repeat.

    Never have issues with the food. Service is always fast. Drive thru at this location is unfortunately one of the longer wait times. Probably due to being one of the first drive thru Chick-fil-A in the area, before they improved their walk out door ways. Still a great place to get food if you dine-in or takeout.

    What is there not to love about Chick-fil-A. My daughter loves their nuggets kid meal, and I'm all for the grilled chicken sandwich. Always clean, staff is respectful and effective. I love the order ahead option.. order online, and when you arrive, give them the name on the order. Walla, ready in minutes 👌🏽👌🏽

    Been coming here for years now and lately they have been lacking on the breakfast badd! The breakfast burritos are basically falling apart before you can open the package(my blind grandmother could wrap a burrito better).the breakfast in general has been slacking. Hope better improvements come.

    This is the worst chick-fil-a for drivers. It says to check the screen for your order status but the tv is turned away from the drivers. It also is usually the longest wait with orders being late. …….Edited to add that when i checked in the employee told me be patient it will be a few minutes more until the order i was picking up was ready. After 20 minutes of waiting i finally asked “what going on how much longer?”…. And the employee had the order sitting in front of him the whole time. This place needs re training. Waiting over 20 minutes costs me money..

    Chick-fil-A probably has the best service of any fast food restaurant I've ever seen. The employees just seem so kind and and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. And the food itself always taste very fresh and flavorful. Their chicken sandwich and mac and cheese is definitely the best!!! Easy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    10/4/23 I walked in 6:50am Saturday morning there were at least three employees working one was bringing in deliveries the other two were standing behind the counter with their backs to me just conversing like their was no one there. Once the guy the coworkers got their attention one young woman rushed to take my order I ordered 2 egg white w/cheese biscuit so (only as specified). She rushed to put order in gave me my order I left got to work and not only did I have chicken on my sandwich but it was 2 English muffins sandwiches. I called the store they said bring it back and they would correct it. 9am 10/14/23 I go back to same store with incorrect sandwiches they remake new ones after confirmation of my order (egg white w/cheese on a biscuit only as specified). Now I can tell the people in the kitchen including the assistant manager are annoyed they put my order on the back burner I now had to wait until after they finished other orders that came in after I had already been there 25mins went by I started to ask for my refund they then handed me my bag of food I asked was it correct this time egg white w/cheese on a biscuit (only as specified) order taker said yes i open to see and again chicken on my sandwich but they only got the biscuit part correct……. I’m asking if you guys can do better screening hiring employees because somewhere in the English language there is a communication breakdown it took at least 30 minutes to correct a 5-7minute error.

    First time at Chick-fil-a. Our team member, LEEAIRRA was excellent. She was so polite and friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh - the eggs were fluffy and biscuits soft and buttery, it tasted so good. Thank you for such a great start to our day. We will be back!!!

    I bought one crispy chicken and fries. Sandwich was greT but the fries was so bad and gracy. I told the guy on the front desk to change that he take more than 15 min and didn't bring another one for me. I take the Sandwich and ask him again. I found him joking with the girl on yhe front desk and saying to me ok OK will bring to you. I told him I'm going right now and he continue talking to the girl. He was so rough

    After 45 mins waiting in the drive thru I was informed that I could only receive one sauce, despite there being three people in the car. This seemed grossly unfair, and I couldn’t help but wonder why this wasn’t communicated when I initially placed my order. The employee called over a so-called manager. Their behavior was shockingly passive-aggressive as they told me they had to remove not just one, but two sauces from my order. It was painfully evident that they were playing games with me, which was unprofessional. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted anything from Chic Fil A, and I expressed this to the manager. Their response? A nonchalant “great” before promptly closing the window. This experience left me thoroughly unsatisfied and questioning whether I’ll ever return to Chic Fil A. The lack of communication, unprofessional conduct, and arbitrary decision-making demonstrated by the staff and manager tarnished what should have been a simple drive-thru experience.

    Crazy busy as this location always is on a Saturday afternoon, but the staff had the grace and professionalism under pressure we have vone to know and love. Great food as always - and smiling faces. Perfect - kudos to all staff and management!

    First visit to Chick fil A for the kids. Their new favorite fast food. Im from Canada, the line ups can take over 30 minutes. We came at the right time, only 1 person ahead of me. The employee was fast, friendly and got my order correct, can't ask for more. The restaurant was clean, well air conditioned. I wish all the other chains can learn from chick fil a how to run a business. The best part was the food. Kids don't want to go to McDonald's or kfc anymore.

    It’s a grocery store, not much to say about it that would be either over the top positive or negative. You’re very well stocked and consistent. I’ve never been there and they’ve been out of something I needed.

    I've been in different fast food places and let me tell that I am surprised by how fast the food arrived to the table and how good it was eve the sauces were amazing.. this place is way different to all the rest... coming back for sure.

    Very professional staff, the drive-thru is well run, no delays , all the staff is very friendly definitely deserve a raise , I got served by a young girl named Arianna she was very knowledgeable about everything and maked sure my order was correct and on time, good management and staff

    It was my first time visit and I was completely overwhelmed by the quality, service, variety and attention to detail. I could not believe this was a fast food establishment! Visiting this place is akin to experiencing a fusion of fast food convenience with the attentive service of a high-quality restaurant. In my opinion, within the fast food landscape, it unquestionably lies atop its league, a shining exemplar of nonpareil quality and service.

    I usually order from the mall and eat at the food court. Yesterday was my first time there and i was really impressed with the service, cleanliness, quality of food and everything. It didn't feel like a fastfood restaurant at all. I would recommend it!
