Jennifer is the absolute best! She’s so knowledgeable and takes her time to explain things to me. I love the products that she uses on my skin. I always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and my skin looks amazing!

Very good massage but unable to get a warm towel for my neck, yet if I get an enhanced massage for an additional fee I can get a towel. This makes no sense. Hopefully this rule will changed, the excuse about COVID doesn’t really work anymore

The place was easy to find. I had a facial and a massage. My facial with Jennifer was still feeling smooth and less oily almost a week after. Ana did my massage, I was so relaxed well into the night and had a good night sleep. The heated table was a plus.

I went to the one near New Orleans. A very good experience. I had a facial & a message, both were done well & at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly & accommodating.

This is the only message Envy location I've been to but I love it. I've taken guest to this location and they love it as well. I recently got a message by Brianna and didn't enjoy it much. Despite telling her I wanted a medium to firm message I got a oil rub down. I also did not like the feel of her arm hair (or if she shaves stubbles) on my back and legs it was distracting.

Brianna was wonderful. She listened to exactly what I asked for and provided a great experience. I will definitely be back to see her!

I love this location! The staff is friendly, professional and very attentive. My therapist, Alonzo, is fantastic - he was my therapist during my entire pregnancy and I’m happy to have returned to him postpartum. I highly, recommend.

Alonzo treated me to the best massage ever. I have always wanted a deep tissue massage and I finally found it with Alonzo. Mary was my massage therapist and let me tell you, she is great! I left feeling very relaxed. The staff were friendly and ensured to explain the guidelines for their membership. I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality services and treatment.

Yicell is my favorite therapist, she did prenatal massage so good, my neck, back and shoulder are so much better after working with her. I love her massage and highly recommend her to all of my friends. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Massage envy in general is a super relax place.

Alonzo is great! Always gives a fantastic massage & stretch. Finds & works out all of those knots! Best combination of relaxation & tension release!

Jay is absolutely wonderful. He is experienced and you come out of a massage truly relaxed and floating on air. I highly recommend.

I am rating massage envy a 2 star only because of great location, has parking and cleanliness. I will start off by saying this was my very first time there and I heard great things about this location so I was truly excited. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When they texted me to enter, (because you aren’t allowed to walk in until they tell you so), they immediately tell me MYRA will be late because she’s stuck in traffic. Ok that’s fine because I have to fill out a form anyway right, but the front desk receptionist immediately tells me (without me asking) that to not worry, you will still get your FULL hour. Now When Myra comes, I don’t know her but it seems as if she’s a little off. Or maybe that’s just her personality but She’s not so friendly as i thought my massage therapist would be. But I thought maybe it was because she was running late and something happened. As she told me to change and that she would be right back I received a text message at 1020. I never replied to my message because I thought she would be right back. However, She never came back until 1027 because my phone rang as soon as she walked in and she passed it to me. 7 minutes is a long time just waiting for her to come back and start my massage. Now during my massage it felt more like a oil rub down then a massage. She barely massaged anything. I felt like she was just putting pressure and oil everywhere to be honest. But I still wasn’t upset because a good friend of mine actually bought me this as a surprise so I’m very happy that I didn’t pay for this. Lastly, I told you that she started as soon as my phone rang which was 1027 (because they don’t have clocks in the room) so as soon as she finished she walked out and I grabbed my phone and it was 1114 on the dot. Not only did I NOT get my full hour massage as promised from the front desk receptionist, as she mentioned when I walked in because myra was late but it wasn’t a pleasant experience either. So other than free parking and it being very clean I don’t think I would become a member here unless I have a better experience with someone else.

Myra was OUTSTANDING! An expert in reflexology massage, her skillful knowledge surpassed my expectations. I am not a Massage Envy member but after my session with her I will become one very soon

My Husband and I agree that this was one of the best massages we’ve had. 10/10 we will be returning 😁 thanks to Caitlin and Mary for a great experience.

Ana was super nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She focused on the areas of most need, and found time to get to other areas I didn’t realize I needed work on.

I was signed in within 5 minutes of getting to the place. It was pretty straightforward to get to and had parking. Then, I was directed to a waiting room when Ana came in shortly after. She was super sweet and did an amazing job. She was personable and made sure I was completely comfortable I would definitely recommend her.

I just had my first massage at Massage Envy in Scarsdale and it was amazing! They were able to take me very last minute thanks to a cancelation. The staff at the front desk were lovely, helpful and very accommodating! Jay was my massage therapist and he was INCREDIBLE! I am currently 9 months pregnant so my body is definitely achy, but he made me feel brand new! In addition to providing me with truly an exceptional massage, Jay was very personable and I enjoyed chatting with him! I highly recommend Massage Envy in Scarsdale and if you're lucky, you'll be able to book an appointment with Jay!

In the two times I visited, I have booked with Fabi for massages. She’s amazing 🤩👌🏽. I get excited for my service and to see her. It’s a real treat because she’s professional, attentive, respectful, caring and comes across as one who has truly cultivated their craft. It’s apparent that this is not “just work” for her. I pray she goes far 🚀! The location is always serene and clean (including the bathrooms) upon arrival. The front desk team has great customer service.

Mary, my therapist, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable. My muscles and mind were very relaxed. Should have purchased a 90 minute massage instead of 60 minutes!

Alonzo is an amazing massage therapist whom I have been seeing for well over a year. He is the consummate professional, so knowledgeable and very kind. He is personable and can “read the room” on whether I need quiet or am wanting to chat about whatever is on my mind. I can’t think of going to anyone else!
