I could not be happier with their knowledge of my dogs needs. He has been scooting around and they suggested pumpkin and these great little No Scoot supplements. I bought dog food and Kong toys for my Pitty and he loves them. The owner even carried my dog food out to my car! I would highly recommend them and their sister store Heritage Feed Supply in Bullville. Awesome staff and pet support! Thank you!!

I’ve been going to this pet store for years, and they consistently deliver. It exactly what my pet needs! I’m writing this review because Rachel was very helpful today and take a payment over the phone so that I can pick up a bag of cat food left outside for me after the store closes because I wasn’t able to get there in time. So thankful for moments like this. Thank you!

Great selection in stock though shortages are making our normal brands hard to get. Tons of great natural snacks and treats to try for your pups! Make sure you use the second entrance - first one nearly ate my tire with the pothole. Management says a fix is incoming just be careful. Staff is excellent.

We stopped in to get some goodies for my nieces cat and we were greeted nicely by the Manager Kaity. We briefly met the owner who was quick to make a good joke and easy to talk to. All the way around, this place was a pleasure to visit and we will be back, as will our niece.

We were camping and our pup needed some medicine for her ears; enter The Natural Pet Center to the rescue! Staff was helpful & store was well stocked! (They even gave us directions to our next stop!)

Staff is great. They get to know you and your pets and always ask how Dallas is if we don't have her with us or come pet her and give her a little snack if she is. They pack a lot of good stuff into a small store.
