Stopped in for a drink at the bar after a long day of sightseeing. Really great atmosphere, super clean, Fantastic wine list and located just outside the theaters.Beer and wine only. Staff was quick,friendly and attentive. We weren’t hungry for food but the menu looks amazing. Steak and seafood .Will definitely be back for a dinner.

Oh My! What’s beautiful evening I had here! I came in a solo date just for an evening dinner after a day of work and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. Located near Times Square and in the heart of the theatre district it’s a perfect place if you’re catching a play or spending time in the area. The staff was the best! Everyone was so nice, checked on me often and we actually shared some good conversations. The food came out in perfect timing each and every time and everything was so delicious! I treated my self to 4 courses and didn’t have a bad meal. I started with the oysters, caprese salad which was so fresh and tasty, then the filet and creamed spinach which was cooked to perfection and absolutely divine. I highly recommend the creamed spinach! The pepper sauce that came with the steak was phenomenal! I ended things with the cheesecake and they treated me to a nice port wine which I truly appreciated. The ambiance was very nice, quiet, romantic and was made even better with the attentive and easy going staff. I highly recommend Empire Steakhouse and will definitely be returning!

Wonderful! We went for our anniversary and the food was amazing! We got the Empire steak for two and the steak melted in our mouths. The staff was very attentive and the restaurant was very clean. Would definitely recommend for a romantic evening out.

We came here for our anniversary dinner before seeing The Book of Mormon. Everything was perfect from the ambiance, attentive and friendly service and our meal was PERFECTION. We will certainly return here as this meal was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking for an excellent steak house experience while visiting New York. We found this gem when looking for highly rated steak restaurants by the theater district. The service was sensational and the food was fantastic. Very professional and hospitable staff. The steaks were cooked to perfection as were the sides. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great experience and sensational steak.

We came here at the last minute for thanksgiving dinner and it was not only a very delicious steakhouse but the experience made by the staff was personable and accommodating. They offered a 4 course prefixed menu for thanksgiving, that had plenty of savory options. The ribeye was out of this world, and cooked to perfection.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and the volume is perfect for having a conversation. The service is just right and very friendly. The food… the steaks are another level, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Definitely will be back the next time we come back to the city for a visit. If you’re a steak lover, this place needs to be on the list.
