(insurance doesn't cover Botox for all medical teatments) Botox does not fix the area, it masks the pain. I'm in a treatment process to fix the problem causing the pain. I have been an off and on patient at the 2279 Coney Island location since 2014..I must say that they keep improving their standards over the years. Very clean and comfortable facility. The entire staff, from the doctors, nurses, medical assistants, clerical and even custodians are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If you prefer, you can ask to speak to a specific doctor at any time and you will always be accommodated. I highly recommend this location.

Great doctors. Informative. Empathetic. Thorough. Dr Cohen and Dimitri take the time to explain things to you. Also, the lovely Ukrainian woman, I didn't catch her name, was also very helpful. High attention to detail.

This office has the best bedside manner and top certified doctors. They really care about your care and sit down with each individual patient to structure the best care plan for them. I felt supported and cared for by the whole staff and the offices are clean, so are the bathrooms and they make sure that before you leave you are given all information you need to fully understand your treatment plan as well. 10/10 would recommend for all your pain management needs.

Even though my experience with the clinic has only started to develop I am happy to rate it as 5/5 compared to similar facilities. The staff is friendly and effective in conveying the information for me to understand. The location is conveniently accessible with a spacious, nicely designed interior full of comfortable chairs and clean bathrooms. Complimentary note: You won't spend much time waiting to breathe in the "ambience" before seeing the doctor😁. Basically I am impressed with the overall service and hopefully results🤞. Thank you!
