They are a true asset to the community, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. Overall, I have a good experience. Nate is very professional and friendly. He possesses great knowledge, providing excellent guidance during the tour and unit selection. Cody, and another staff member (a lady whose name I didn't catch), also assisted me with the move-in paperwork. The process is smooth and fast. Btw the loading dock and elevator is a plus. The building itself is new and smart with many being controllable through apps. It’s right next to the Woodbridge train station (you can't get any closer than this). There's a lounge on every floor, including workstations (which is great for remote/hybrid work professionals). The layouts are mostly spacious and well-lit with functional appliances. I'm pleased to be the first occupant of my unit! Also, there is garage parking available for $125 per car (which appears to be the average price for this area). One thing to note is the mandatory monthly charges for trash and delivery (3rd party).These charges aren't negligible, so we'll see if they're worth the cost.

This is the most thoughtful residential complex I've ever had the privilege of choosing. The staff is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. They communicate very clearly, so that you're never taken by surprise. Nate was my first contact, and he was highly professional while also managing to be personable. It is apparent that customer service is important to him. He anticipated my questions and concerns ahead of time, which demonstrated his attentiveness. Crystal was also amazing! She worked with me to meet unusual requests and swift timelines. She was patient, professional, and efficient! Together, Nate and Crystal made the process seamless. The amenities are phenomenal. They were clearly crafted with intention. You'll see what I mean if you schedule a tour. My only regret was not signing a longer lease.

If you are moving to central Jersey this is the only apartment complex you should consider! I have lived here for two months now, the gym has every piece of equipment you could possibly need, and the sky lounge is the perfect place to host guests. The rooftop has incredible views, and the work from home space is the perfect solution for anyone on a hybrid schedule. Also, being practically on top of the train station with a 40 minute direct train to NYC is extremely convenient. The units themselves are also the definition of luxury, and having my packages dropped off at my door and my trash picked up after work have become my favorite perks! But more than just how amazing the building is and the units themselves, the most amazing part about Modera is the leasing staff. Moving to another state straight out of college was stressful, and leasing agents here found a way to make it exciting! My tour of the complex with Nate is what really sold me Modera, he not only patiently answered my thousand questions but he also provided his own insight in order to help me pick the best unit for me. He even followed up with handpicked units he had available and why he had selected each as a recommendation. He had carefully taken note of all my preferences, even down to my preference for kitchen cabinets, to ensure I would be happy in my new home. Crystal, Nate, and Dakota truly made the whole process of putting down a deposit and securing an apartment extremely easy. Between the three of them I never once felt overwhelmed, and never once waivered in my excitement to move to Modera. Even after moving in, having such an incredible leasing staff makes living here a joy! It has only been two months and I already could never imagine leaving! Having such a great leasing staff truly does make the biggest difference. Having a stress free move in, when starting a new job, really was so crucial! So if there is any question in your mind of if Modera is the right fit for you, let me be the on to tell you it is. You spend a lot of time where you live, and living at Modera you really look forward to going home. :)

My fiancé and I walked in unannounced because we were touring in the area. Dakota took us in and gave us a tour upon showing our interest in one, despite not having an appointment. The apartments and amenity spaces were great, they aimed to keep the apartments as a neutral canvas for renters to be able to really make it their own space. Dakota was very nice and even extended his time with us by showing us the sky lounge. If you are interested in the property call and ask for Dakota, he will take care of you.

Nate and Crystal have both been the best! From touring the apartment, applying and finally moving in. They were both responsive and always helping throughout everything. Even now that we live here, they have been very kind and welcome us to reach to them with any needs or concerns. So far we are loving our experience living at Modera. The building is well kept, the residents are nice and the neighborhood is so convenient. Glad we chose Modera Woodbridge as our new home!

Future resident here, this place has a great atmosphere, and great amenities. The apartments are modern and well designed, with awesome samsung appliances. The leasing agent Dakota that gave me and my partner a tour was amazing, extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped us picture our future here while still staying within our budget.

Crystal gave me outstanding customer service. She has been responsive to my inquiries. Crystal was the best throughout my whole process. She was kind and helpful. She definitely made it easy and smooth process. I Love my new apartment.
