10/10 unreal food, great vibe on 7th in a very vibrant neighbourhood! The food was something else, I’ve never had a naan taco before and I’m sure it will not be the last! If you’re in NYC go check these guys out! We sat outside as the weather was beautiful but they have indoor seating.

Food is mouth watering and very tasty. Service was excellent. However. the atmosphere needs work. We drove from NJ to try this spot and was disappointed about the appearance and overall feel. Place needs an update and more cleaning. The attached pic of the napkin holder was after I had already wiped it with one of the napkins. The seats were close to the trash and the trash front was dirty. The store looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a week. i also paid for parking in the garage close by because i thought it would have been a better experience. Next time I would try the other location. It appears from pics to be better.

This place was hyped on tiktok for being the mexican indian fusion needed in manhattan downtown. It’s like a coffee random long lines of customers ordering seating is a bit tight like other customers have made reviews there’s not really a cleaning crew like I had to wipe things myself down to sit and eat inside there is also outside seating but the music and ac made it a vibe in the hot summer day but yeah that’s why i’m giving one star less if it was a bit more cleaner then full 5 stars. As a fellow desi native it’s the norm to get a typical naan with paneer but these guys go on a whole different level a naan than the toppings with fresh salad and garnishing it’s like you’re in India eating Mexican food the paneer naan is bomb so addicting and makes you full so fast the sauce of the butter masala of the paneer was so good and creamy definitely worth the hype and apparently the lamb is halal but not everything else like chicken etc so i chose the lamb bowl was good decent lamb texture with some daal and avocado literally made it 10x better. Paneer fries with the Paneer sauce they gave it was so yummy and flavorful. Point being the Naan tacos were worth the hype with the creamy tasty sauce and fresh garnishing I will definitely recommend it and the Paneer fries are great as well. They should expand the store a bit more and also clean the dining area a bit more and this store will do amazing with 5 stars!

Very fun concept. The naan tacos are huge would only recommend one as a heads up. Absolutely delicious highly recommend with the cheesey garlic naan. Wings were not incredibly special.

Not the most flattering pictures because it was night time and I can’t stand using flash, but this place is incredible. If you’re a fan of Indian food, it’s impossible not to like this place. I always get the chicken tikka masala on garlic cheese naan and it’s an absolute banger. The tandoori wings are also insanely good especially with the green and brown sauce that they give you with it. You can also enjoy a beer here, making it ideal for quick dinner or late night snack. This place is an absolute must try!

This place is mad tasty. Been on my list for a while. I got a lamb curry roti roll & a chicken tikka masala taco. The tacos are huge. More like burritos. The roti rolls are def taco size. I would come back but not when they’re busy cuz they took 25 min to serve me two tacos. They totally forgot my order. Had to bother them 2x. And i would still go back.

Now all-halal. Very delicious naan tacos, the chicken is their specialty and has a creaminess which the lamb does not. The flavors are mild yet pleasant. I recommend getting some chutney to keep the flavor going and add some zest. The guacamole came on the side - not on top - and was extra charge despite saying on one printed menu that the taco came with guac. The iced masala chai was very sweet but well flavored. They don’t give cups of tap water, you must buy bottled water. There is some indoor and outdoor seating, may be a little tight for large parties indoors.

The concept of naan taco is not bad. The presentation and choice of toppings is impeccable, but the taste of the main item, i.e., Paneer Tikka Masala in my case, is lacking. The base gravy is too sweet. The naan is perfect as well. The only thing that needs improvement is the choice of spices being used in the gravy. It doesn't have to be sweet, to make it palatable to the American audience.

Amazing experience at Taco Mahal their Naan Lamb Kabob Taco, Masala Fries, Mango Lassi & Lamb Briyani were amazing! Outdoor seating on the sidewalk available.

Flavours are not right.. Some strong flavours that don't match up. Like that there are roti and naan base options. Overall food is okay, more chances of being disappointed.
