A wonderful place with delicious Chinese food, good prices, rare teas,beautiful chinaware and simple but cute design. We had Sunday brunch on a hot summer day, so AC was blasting and a bit too cold (take a cover). The place was 80% full, so it didn't feel crowded. The service was very attentive, we ordered several dishes (my favorite was mushrooms salad, tofu and fried sesame balls) and a pot of Winter Plum tea (my connoisseur friend said it is a rare find) and they gladly refilled it with hot water several times for us. It is a definitely a place to discover if you are into Asian culture.

The highlight of the evening was the enchanting performance by the AAPI Jazz Collective, who beautifully rendered a delightful array of love songs from across Asia. From the heartwarming tunes of China to the soul-stirring melodies of Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan, the music transported us on a captivating journey through the emotions of love and longing. The talented musicians skillfully intertwined various musical traditions, creating a harmonious blend that was both soothing and invigorating. As I savored the delectable cocktails prepared by the skilled bartenders, I couldn't help but be immersed in the warm and inviting ambiance of The Red Pavilion. The carefully curated atmosphere added an extra layer of enchantment to the evening, making it the perfect destination for a weekend rendezvous with friends or a romantic musical escape. The drinks were an absolute delight – each sip was a burst of flavors that complemented the musical journey perfectly. This place is amazing! Attended a Friday night Shanghai Jazz event and the atmospheric and vibe were perfect. Prices for tickets were very reasonable, and I'm comfortable saying I think any one of their events would probably be worth every penny based on the experience we had. The space is immaculately clean, so well decorated, cozy and moody all in one. It feels like you're VIP in this place because I feel like all staff is focused on patrons having a good experience. They didn't overpack the space and it felt so intimate, which is something I really loved. I appreciated that there were mocktails available on the drink menu and they were very good. I feel like I'm missing so much here but I would implore everyone to go have an experience at Red Pavilion. I hope to visit again and that it will be a part of the community for a long time to come.

spellbinding performances at cabaret night. moody ambience. creative cocktails. all in a vibey queer AAPI space. would love to come back for jazz/drag/dim sum and all their other offerings!

We went for Jazz night and found the whole place sexy and charming! The red glow and fog machine set up a moody atmosphere which made for the soft crooning voice of the talent so much more fun! The drinks are also delicious and boozy! This is a great place for an intimate date night!

went for fever motel on a Thursday night, had a great experience listening to the first Asian-led jazz band I've seen. Tomoya Ogawa is an insanely talented guitarist and has such exuberant stage presence!! note the 2 drink per table minimum - the cocktails were great albeit expensive (although same as nyc prices you'd get anywhere else I guess)

We had the best time at the Red Pavilion for our friend’s bachelorette party! The show was incredible and every single act unique was mesmerizing. We called ahead and let them know we were celebrating and they called our bachelorette onto the stage for a dance off. 10/10 experience for what we were looking for. Really special and welcoming space for a group of queer women
