We really enjoyed our stay at the Crosby Street Hotel! Great service, amazing location and a super comfortable room with a stunning view of the city. It's a very expensive place and not a value for money kind of place, but you get what you're paying for and I would really recommend it if you are looking to spoil yourself

Went there for Afternoon Tea on the terrace. It’s sunken therefore quiet space in Soho. Tea 5* but sandwiches were just edible. Scones were 3*. Go for ambiance and tea rather than food. Great option for a drink too.

Stopped in for a drink at the bar. Hotel was full of beautiful people. The bathroom was deep in the basement, had to go through 5 doors (six including the stall) to get to the toilet. Although once there, was pleased to see top tier toilet paper. Overall very pleased with the experience. Definitely would visit again!

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, amazing level of professionalism. The private screening room is comfortable with wide, plush seats and a big screen with great sound.

We had a lovely brunch at the Crosby. Very good service and food, and the decor was lovely and inviting. The portions were a bit small, and there wasn't much accompanying most of the entrees, except for the burger, which one in my group had. The burger was just fine. Everything else was a la carte. The bread was lovely looking, but not great, kind of tasteless. We enjoyed dining in the space, it was so pretty, and although not small, the decor made it wam and cozy, yet also chic. I'd go back, but order more, or more carefully so I don't leave hungry. Mind you, ordering more food is liable to be expensive, and it was already an expensive brunch, but it was really relaxing to be there. I also note, to my great surprise, and joy, there were several cute little dogs there as well. Or maybe not so surprising, as the hotel is part of a group with really charming boutique hotels in the UK, one of which I had the pleasure of staying and dining at.

I was here years ago and ran into Tim Robbins and his beautiful daughter and I asked him about The Brink which was canceled, very funny take on our government up to that moment, pre Trump. Jack Black in tow. Great property, great people. I sleep walk and found myself waking up in the hallway naked. Getting on the elevator with maintenance guy, no words where exchanged and I found my way back to my room.

Great menu. I love coming here for afternoon tea and sitting in the courtyard. They are very allergy friendly and accommodating. Had a greens bowl with an egg on top and it was healthy while still delicious. The bacon side is a must. This hotel restaurant still seems under the radar, which is always a plus as I hate crowded places. The art has a modern British influence.

We had a great stay at the Crosby. Beautifully put-together hotel in a convenient, surprisingly quiet SOHO location. Super-friendly and helpful staff, very nice restaurant and bar--plus a cozy little honor bar off the lobby--and a beautiful and spacious room. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was absolutely charming! Could not give 5 stars because upon arrival, the doormen watched me struggle with my luggage and completely ignored me until I approached the entrance.

Underwhelming. The advertised view from the top floor is nothing to write home about. The room is a little cramped and is seriously lacking cupboard space. While the bathroom is oddly spacious, but with only one sink and no bathtub. Also if you stay for one week I would expect staff at the reception to say hi and not only stare at me blankly. Overall performance should have been better given the price tag. I liked the Firmdale Soho hotel, so coming here was a disappointment.

My second time attending the Crosby Bar, it was equally impressive, and once again I was blown away. Note: I went for afternoon tea this time. Without a doubt, it is one of my favorite places to eat in New York City. Both the ambiance and the food at this restaurant were truly something special.

Beautiful use of color, great ambiance. I love the distance between the restaurant and the bathroom. Great eucalyptus lotion and hand soap.

We went for afternoon tea and it was exceptional. The menu of tea sandwiches and treats were delicious. The scones were lovely and were served with real clotted cream! They have a small tea selection, but they offer top notch loose leaf blends. We will definitely be back for another incredible tea time.

The best hotel in downtown Manhattan given the service, design, cleanliness, and location. I also had one of the largest rooms I’ve ever had in the city, which definitely justified the price

A friend from out of town and I had afternoon tea recently at the Crosby Street Hotel as our holiday treat. The sandwiches were ice cold, the bread stale on one side and soggy on the other. It was clear that they were made earlier and frozen/refrigerated. When my friend said something to the waiter, the food director came over to the table and confirmed that the sandwiches were made earlier in the day because the restaurant gets busy. He replaced them with a few that were freshly made at our request. Tea sandwiches should be light, flavorful complements to the tea. These sandwiches are thick and more like lunch sandwiches. For the price of $65 per person, freshly made to order delicious sandwiches should be basic. The scones were warm and good. The pastries were indifferent. The service was poor -- our waiter never came over to ask if we needed anything. We had to flag him down for more hot water, for example. If you would like a lovely, delicious, relaxing afternoon tea, Crosby Street Hotel is definitely NOT the place to go.

Came here for high tea. Although pricey, the food served was really good and portions decent (you get one free refill of the sandwiches and scones so pace yourself). But the service was very mediocre. The waitress took our order and then only checked on us at the very end to give us our bill.

Had dinner at the Bar/Restaurant area a few time with friends. Beautiful space, amazing design, nice art. Really good food. Recommend the lobster club sandwich.

The Dover sole meunière is a very tasty buttery treat. The ginger tea here is excellent.

Overpriced, and lacks basic necessities. We were not helped with our luggage, their Concierge is hard to find, and there doesn't seem to be any type of security at the hotel, judging from the incident we witnessed.

Beautiful building with an amazing staff, I lost my phone and the man working the lobby asked me if I had lost something, I didn’t even have to ask him.

Hands down my favorite place to stay in NYC, as a former New Yorker who moved out west. It always feels like a real home base, not a massively commercial hotel. The location could not be more central so it's always easy to walk, Uber, or cab to meet friends. I love that they have gorgeous spaces like the library and sculpture garden just for guests. Rooms are spacious and airy, with amazing natural light, and always well maintained. I've never noticed any worn out furnishings. And the staff nail it every time - friendly, efficient, and quick service but never hovering in your face.

Crosby Bar is a welcoming haven where the warm service makes you feel amazing and they even accommodate my service pup with ease. The drinks are stellar served by the friendliest staff in the neighborhood. As a regular, It's the perfect spot to unwind and feel at home, surrounded by good vibes and great people. Such a fan.

I stayed at the Crosby Street Hotel for 4 nights over Christmas. Without a doubt, my new favorite NYC hotel. The decor of this hotel is whimsically beautiful. Rooms are very, very generously sized. Restaurant opens at 7am which is nice. My two favorite aspects: location and the 24/7 room service. The street the hotel is located on is quiet. There's a starbucks and duane reade a three minute walk away. And the hotel is in my 2 favorite neighborhoods: Soho and Nolita. Room service food was better than any restaurant I ate at with quick delivery. Full menu is available 24/7 -- I love this.

Swanky upmarket place which is a hidden gem because it’s unassuming from the street - but inside it’s a banger. Dress nice - the crowd is hip, the food is good and the drinks flow freely here

Cool hΓ΄tel, with very clean and comfortable rooms. Classy and decorated with taste for a fusion between classic European furniture and modern practical furniture. Cosy lobby and ready to help smart staff. This hotel has it all really.

We went for afternoon tea, the service was great. The tea sandwiches were bland, and the scones weren't warm at all. It seems like they're microwaved. They were all cold and dry by the time to eat them.

The afternoon tea food was good (the sweets were over the top sweet), but the service was awful, especially for $70 plus per person. In addition to not having been checked in on even once after the food was delivered, it took more than 25 minutes to find someone to pay, and then only because I went to ask the bartender to help since the waitstaff was absent. When finally with a waitress she seemed unwilling to help although finally consented when presented with the option of either providing the check or me walking out. Also, the hostess was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional and sat us at the tiniest table in a sea of unoccupied tables although she knew we were having the tea service. We were forced to use an extra chair to place some of the tea items, which is not acceptable. If they can improve their service, I would recommend with hestitation, otherwise, please search elsewhere, I would have preferred to pay $300 to a professional staff and restaurant.

Love, Love the Crosby Hotel bar/restaurant! The deco is absolutely fabulous, great big art installations inside & outside. Drinks great & so is the food. They're known for the tea experience - you know, what the Brits do.

The Crosby Hotel is my new favorite Hotel in NYC. The hotel staff was so helpful … especially the front desk/reception. Room was clean and had everything you would need. looking forward to coming back in April 2023.

Always great to take out of towners to lunch or breakfast. Great decor, high tea service and always lively and a great meal! They also are dog friendly indoors during the day, huge plus!

We only had dinner, so we cannot comment on the rooms, but the public area has been adoringly decorated by Kit Kemp. It is a feast for the eyes with all the art she has assembled.

The Crosby Street Hotel was a really great place to stay! The rooms were quiet and elegant, with a distinct style that will stick with me. The staff were all very friendly and I had a great stay!
