I have yet to go, and though I am not of legal drinking age just yet, seeing how polite the owners are to those reviewing and asking questions, as well as their genuine support for the community as seen on their website has given this pub a special place in my heart. I will ensure that this is the very first place I go to take a drink or two when the time comes. Cheers to you lovely lads and lasses and may your business be blessed for decades to come!

Stumbled upon this Irish pub back in 2021, I call it my little getaway from NYC. It’s nice and chill with a good vibe, the drinks are good too. So that’s always a plus. They have karaoke Thursday & Saturday nights and Open Mic on Sunday night. They recently began with Trivia Night on Mondays as well.

Stopped by today .Had a great time. Wide selections of beers. Lots of widescreen tvs. Nice local bar atmosphere. Best of all, no great bar can exist without a great bartender. Andy is that man. Tip him well. Happy Customer - Anthony

Didn't have food, just drinks. It's a local place. Not extravagant but okay to hang out. Seemed friendly

Normally, it's a friendly atmosphere. They have Kareoke on Thursday nights last I remember. Mondays they will do a trivia night when I have gone. It's a small neighborhood type of dive bar with a juke box and they have billiards. If you want regular beer it's well priced. The mixed drinks are expensive from what I remember. The bartender is really friendly. I come here sometimes with my friend who lives by here and enjoy the atmosphere. I would highly recommend this friendly dive bar.

The best place for st. Patrick's day!!!! It was a block party with drinks, multiple bands, drinks outside, dog friendly, and free corned beef in the back. The corned beef made me so happy!!!! Thank you for having such an amazing event for st. Patrick's day. I will be coming by again on a regular night when I can find parking there.

Bouncer was extremely rude and kept blowing his cigarette smoke towards me with the ultimate disrespect just because I didn’t have my ID on me when he knows I’ve been there before. Used to be a cool spot until that man started giving me trouble. All of it was completely unnecessary and they just lost a high paying customer but that’s how it goes I guess. Keep smoking them cigarettes boy and see how long you last there with that attitude. It’s ok cause I found a way nicer bar that doesn’t have employees blowing smoke at me and understand me. How unfortunate for WRP to have such a terrible person work for them. Thank god it happened cause now I’m way happier not being there. The whole staff was amazing to me except for the bouncer. Oh well. Take it or leave it. Never coming back baby, have fun getting illnesses or worse with those cigarettes lil boy.

Got kicked out while waiting to get quarters to play some pool with my girlfriend, I am a black male just chillen by the bar and get ignored. 10 customers got there drinks before I was even attended, I’ve been going here for about 3 years , however their business and customer service has declined, I do not recommend this place if your a black male , fat guy with pony tail has issues and is racist. Makes me really sad to right such a bad review for this place, I’ve been a customer since I’ve moved to the area . Don’t go trust me!!

Great Irish bar with a great cheerful vibe. James the bartender us the best and Charlene the kj/dj keeps the crowd happy and entertained with a wonderful mix of music and karaoke singers. Nice pool room. Always make a new friend whenever I go here so maybe we'll meet...:-)

Each time 1walk in to this place, in Bakersfield is a lot of people but with a wonderful atmosphere. I remember going there one Patrick's Day, the whole place was filled with people shoulder to shoulder it was great. Recently I went back and it was a slow night and for the first time I saw what the place really look like I couldn't see it before cuz of the crowd of people or should I say see of people which is bigger. I think you'll love it there. ( parking is a little bit of a headache, if possible just take an Uber or whatever you feel comfortable with. )

Monday night trivia is always a blast! Great blend of booksmarts and random off the wall knowledge. Thursday night karaoke is also fun, lots of regulars working their vocal cords. Only 4 starts cause of the hunt for parking. If you are local and don't drive it's 5 star atmosphere for a place to chill with friends.

The first time meeting a friend there, I had a blast, and they should add one more bartender there on the weekends. Just two bartenders had their hands full. Overall I had a great time there and probably will be back in the near future.

I've been to bars all over the country as I've done a lot of traveling. Best bar ever. If you're new to town it's the perfect spot. May even find yourself with new friends at the end of the night.

Just recently started to frequent this establishment after moving to Jersey City. My friends go here a lot. The prices are decent. I'm from Ohio and it has a vibe that reminds me of home. Touchtunes on for the music. Karaoke on Thursday nights. Besides trying to find parking, I've always had a great time coming out here.
