I experienced 2 hours on the line and I felt a lot for the seniors that had Wheelchairs and canes and much elderly individuals you know past their 70s waiting on that long line I think they should evaluate and try to do something for the seniors maybe just one day for only the seniors to come and get the groceries I felt sorry for myself as well for the senior that I'm much older hope something will be resolved

I get help when ever me or my husband goes there. We just don't get enough food for two adults nor are we able to come back for the rest of the month. I feel like people that get less should be able to come back at least twice a month. Over all no complaints.

They have nice fresh food and it is definitely worth waiting on the line. Also the staff is cheerful and kind , I don’t post many reviews but this place touched my heart. Thank you for helping our community, God bless πŸ™

Excellent conversation at the table. Doorman allowed my entry close to kitchen closing. Great beans and drink. Hot dogs were ehhh and bread was a bit dry. Staff and persons all around 2 thumbs up. I will be checking out the pantry which is not on Saturday. If your local and hungry check it out.

The Hispanic lady that checks ID literally refused to give me donated food from the pantry. I didn't know it was only once a month I was there last week. She was rude , insensitive, arrogant, unprofessional and above all racist. Had I Been part of her race she would've provided me and that was conspicuous because she had the propensity to give or not to give. She chose not to. . She should never be allowed to work in any social entity. Eventhough the law clearly said no person is to be turned away, She turned me away anyway SMH! A very caring good staff named Tray tall black guy like me he was wearing a knee long black coat stepped in as i was leaving called me back and gave me some food. I thank him a lot. This happened 11/28/23 around 10:20 am Whether she is paid or unpaid staff she does not meet the criteria as a customer service agent for needy people. She is a hindrance for people when they need the most help in their lives.

Great location that helps serve the community, and they are always looking for volunteers. I've gone with gross from work twice, and both times it has been a very enjoyable and uplifting experience. Everyone, from the staff to the clients, was positive and wonderful, and appreciative of our assistance. If you are looking for a great way to give back to the community, volunteer here for a couple hours!

Because I am a Senior Citizen on a fixed income, the Food Bank supplies a box of staples, can goods such as vegetables, fruit, tuna, chicken, salmon, a block of cheese, boxed milk, cereal hot and cold and a bottle of juice. Once a month.

I love this place. Very professional and all are kind staff members. The food is plentiful, they sometimes have cat and dog food, even cat litter. They don't have the pet supplies all the time though. I go to a plentiful app to book my reservation time. That plentiful app helps me to avoid the long line experience. This is one of the best food pantries alongside 86 street food pantry located near Broadway, can't remember the name at this time. This place and the workers are awesome. Thank you guys for being here for the community.

It was very organized, and the volunteers were very polite and welcoming. They also serve hot food where today they even had live music being played. This was the best food pantry I have ever seen in my 33years of life.

It's great that they have a place go go and receive help with one's food supply, however, lately (the past several months) the grab-and-go meals have been inedible; what kind of help is that? πŸ˜•

Hi I am better now than I was before, after I put everything in it's place its not going to be enough. Don't get me wrong I am grateful to be able to eat. I say again I'm thankful.
