The atmosphere was not suitable to our style but we gave it a try anyway. Ordered a LIT and it tasted like straight up coke. We told the bartender and she tried to add a little liquor on top 😂😂. What an experience on this particular day as I had to go to a third location after this one to try to enjoy my evening. First La Vecina disappointed us and now Irish Rover.

Nice old school bar. The bartender Aaron Murphy is the best bartender in Astoria. He got class, friendly, quick, and on point. I only try to go there when he is working. There is another bartender I think his name is Daryl. He's always grouchy, but he smiles once in awhile 😄 Overall great environment and cool peeps.

deb daytime bartender when I usually go until 7 is the best. So nice and welcoming so happy I found this spot. Super affordable much better than sissy mgnuies that tries charge Times Square prices.

Just went there once…but I noticed you have some options and fun things to do… you can play dart 🎯 watch sports on a large screen 📺, hang by the bar or seat at the table with friends.

This place was truly a hidden gem that we came across on our trip to Astoria. It’s a proper no frills Irish pub serving amazing pints of Guinness. The bartenders were some of the most friendly people I’ve come across. Great conversation with them, and I’ll definitely stop by everytime I’m back in Astoria.

You'll get tipsy before you know it. This bar gives you way more compare to others. You'll be lit for money you haven't even spend. They give drinks like no tomorrow.

Went for Super Bowl Sunday, they had food to give out free of charge, everyone felt like one unit when I was there . Loved it.

Always love coming here to relax and have good drinks. The staff is very friendly, you can even control the music through the jukebox! Plus, no one bothers you.

Old-school bar with friendly bartenders, laid back vibe, and plenty of entertainment between dart boards and sports on TV. One of Astoria's best.

Have been a guest at this great place for over a decade. Always a great time! Great bartenders, superb prices and cool atmosphere and the music box, what more can you ask for?

An Irish pub with a great selection. It's nicely tucked away from the busy 30th Ave noise. Their outdoor seating is really nice and they have dart boards inside.

I’m new in town have had the pleasure of going to this pub twice. Both time the bartenders were great very friendly and made me feel at home. The crowd was amazing. The locals took time to introduce themselves while asking me if I would like to join them. Can’t wait to go later to watch Super Bowl! Go RAMS🍺🏈

Est. 1994 Layout/atmosphere *Irish pub look/feel (brass railing with ram’s heads overhanging bar); six TVs; high tables in back; two dart boards; internet jukebox (bad Internet connection though); tables out front on sidewalk and in outdoor structure on side street Service *Friendly Food/drink *Guinness (draft) *No food menu
