This is a great restaurant with Amazing food. They have several locations all with different themes. This is the original. Spanish style cuisine. Big portions. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Pork Chops, Steaks, and Shrimp 🍤 recommended. Appetizer with Shrimp, Squid, and Chorizo was great! We will definitely be going back.

Old school American style Spanish restaurant. Huge portion and fun place for family events where you don't find in New York city any more. The place has many easy seafood selections, shrimps, clamps, escargot, mussels and squids. The tapas are as big as a main course, and the paella we had was pretty good, not special though! The price is super reasonable.

Been going here for years and never disappoints. Started with nice app of shrimp in garlic sauce and for the main course I had chicken marasala which was cooked perfectly with enough for two meals. Never can go wrong with anything on their menu.

This place made up for the horrendous experience we had at Patsy’s. Excellency customer service. They really do go above and beyond and they are not afraid to do their dishes. Butter in a plate, a plate for bones. A plate for seafood shells. A true Paella 🥘 They also have real cuts of meat ! The sirloin I ordered was spectacular. Calamari was amazing as well. This place is my new favorite in North Jersey! Great job management!

A group of 3 of us were craving steak after a quick snowboarding outing. Upon searching, we found this place close to home and decided to swing by. We ordered the lamp chops, surf & turf, and the skirt steak. Portions are giant! You also get a choice of soup/salad with your meal. My lamb chops were a bit overcooked/dry but the flavor and char were great. My friends' steaks & lobster were cooked better though. I plan on coming back soon to try some of their tapas and other things on their menu.

Came in on a Sunday at around 1 for my FIL’s birthday celebration. On the weekend, there is no lunch menu. There are also no reservations for lunch, but it was fine because there were only four of us, and it wasn’t too packed at that time. For drinks, we ordered a pitcher of the white sangria ($40, I believe?). This was pretty terrible and not worth it. It was mainly sugar and cheap wine, and had a weird after taste. I would recommend skipping this. Luckily, the food was a lot better. For apps, we had the mixed hot appetizers for 4 (shrimp in garlic, chorizo, and fried calamari). The shrimp was pretty small. You could tell it was from frozen, but the flavor was good. The chorizo was probably the best out of the trio. Calamari was a bit lackluster. Entrees come with your choice of salad or soup of the day. I went with the soup, which was some kind of chicken, bean, and potato soup. Nothing special but pretty filling. For the main, I had the lobster ravioli with shrimp in vodka sauce. I didn’t taste much lobster but I loved the sauce. It’s probably so bad for you since things that taste good usually are, but I probably could have swam in the sauce. My in-laws had the paella Valencia and the lobster fra diavolo and both came with ample amounts of seafood. Hubby had the filet mignon, which was meh. It came with a side of stale chips and frozen veggies. We all had some leftovers to bring home but overall, it was pretty pricey meal. I probably wouldn’t come back but I’m glad my in-laws seemed to enjoy the experience.

First time ordering take out from Segovia. My experience was good. No better. No worse. I ordered the Paella Marinera which is paella with only seafood. There were pros and cons to my order. First, they got my order wrong. I always check my food before I leave and they gave me the Paella Valenciana instead of what I ordered. The manager came out and corrected my order for me, which was good to see. The portion was large, which I was happy about. I spent $31.95 for this order. It came with a full loaf of bread and a salad. The order seemed well worth the money. However, I was not to happy about the taste of it. I have had better paella. The rice had a yellow color to it instead of the orange hue that it should have. I also did not get that seafood flavor from the rice. It was very bland and a bit pasty. They did give me a large amount of squid, octopus, and shrimp. However the clams and mussels were disappointing. My dish included three clams and six mussels and they were both extremely tiny. They were not good quality clams and mussels. I will not be reordering this dish the next time. In conclusion, I will return to try their other dishes.

Very nice authentic Spanish restaurant. The bone-in ribeye was juicy and tender, cooked just right. Paella was good, but not great. Escargot was one of my favorite, sauce was on point. Well deserved 4 stars. I would like to come back and try other menus as well.

Decent place with good food. The 24 oz ribeye was cooked very well. The marinara paella has a lot of seafood but is not an authentic paella as it is very watery.

Whenever I am in Northern New Jersey this is always on my top 10 list. The food is always amazingly prepared and the portion are oversized. So you have some nice take home for later that night or for lunch the next day. When you go here, the Sangria is always a must if you are drinking. Their blend of wine, fruit, juices and liquor is just right. You can enjoy your drink without getting overdone. You will absolutely enjoy your meal.

Came here with my family for Thanksgiving dinner and we had a wonderful experience. The wait wasn't that bad when we went, ~15mins but it is best to try and reserve for times after 5 or 6pm as it will fill up fast. The food was out of this world delicious! We got calamari, oysters, skirt steak, jumbo shrimp with scallops, and salmon. Food came out in a timely manner and the waiters were super nice. Definitely coming back again and bringing my friends next time!

Food: 4.5 stars steaks were good, but only if their broiler could be a little hotter for better chat. Service: 5 star. Service was prompt. Sat us quickly. Decor/ambiance: casual to business. Steaks were served in style like other Spanish restaurants with rice and potatoes chip style French fries. Good steak, but I wish they hat better char. They serve prime rib every day so that was a bonus. I enjoyed the pri!e rib more than the porter house that day, but both were good.

This place is one of my favorite place in northern jersey. Portion is great and price is decent(it is little raise after covid) quality of food is excellent. Taste is great but most of foods are seasoned lightly. If you like strong taste(salty) then you should avoid but this is the reason I go here. Must try menu is Segovia steak, paella, and lobster

Absolutely, hands down, one of my favorite restaurants. This place offers something for everyone. Even though they pack them in you would never know it because the staff and service is fantastic. Place has an authentic vibe.

Hands down one of my absolute favorite spots! A large, delicious menu with options for everyone. The stuffed scallops are to die for. I'm not kidding, you have to try them when you go. I've been here many many times, you cant go wrong ordering the paella with lobster. Honestly, anything you get here will satisfy you.

The skirt steak was subpar nothing special tou can spend money somewhere else for a tastier steak. No salt no flavor. Paella marinera with lobster wasn't bad but lobster got to be from Maine because it is sweet , not my preference.

Big portions and food is okay. I had Paella, nothing especial, coming with bay sea scallops no taste. Our waiter was friendly. I prefer Oakland location.

I give Segovia 5 out of 5 stars all the way! It never disappoints. This is my go to when I just want some delicious comfort food. I usually get the stuffed lobster and yellow Spanish rice. It comes with warm bread, a soup or a salad. The apps are delicious and I simply can’t just pick 1 or 2. The sangria is also strong and delicious! Prepare to leave extra full and happy when going to Segovia.

It was a Sunday night around 5:15PM. Place was packed. Ordered few Tapas, garlic shrimp, oyster Rockefeller, escargot, empanadas, mini chorizos and manila clams. Soup came with paella, so ordered black bean soup. Out of all the things that ordered, we loved the oyster Rockefeller the best (we ordered second round). Paella was extremely average...it wasn't bad, but it wasn't delicious. Would definitely come back for the oysters.
