My experience has always been a welcoming and an inviting atmosphere. My massage therapist Deborah was firm yet friendly and engaging she did a great job with my massage. would definitely recommend.

My first experience at massage envy in Fairlawn was really terrific! Susan prepared me for each part of the process and encouraged feedback throughout the session. I highly recommend her and the entire staff at this location. Also, the best way to enjoy the services is as a member, which has been a great choice for me thus far!

60 minute massage is only 50 minutes for $150. My masseuse Halina started late and ended on time so it was only 45 minutes. She also scoffed at me mid massage while expressing my preferences saying "you really are something else". Such a terrible service, will never go back, especially to her. Go to Spavia, they're a lot more professional and polite.

Halina was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. The massage totally relaxed me and my back already feels much better. I would totally go back to the fair lawn center and book again with her.

Halina is fabulous! I appreciate her very much. She's attentive, caring and does such a great job on my problem areas. There are two other ME'S closer to me but I continue to come to Fair Lawn because of Halina!

I've been a member since 2017 and I have seen MANY therapists but none like Susan! She is truly the absolute BEST massage therapist I've ever seen at any Massage Envy. She has mastered the perfect balance of firm pressure and soothing and I always leave feeling a million times better than when I walked in. HIGHLY recommend!

The front desk assured me that the masseuse was good at sports massage but not her thing. She worked very hard but not satisfied. Also when leaving I found out I could not use my husbands hours which I pay for out of my own credit card. Never did Massage Envy inform us of your new rule to have him call for permission. Usually I use the hours for the month that have not been charged and at first she told me I had no time left for the extra 30 minutes than after a huge discussion the hours were there. I left more stressed than before . Almost wanted to cancel my membership. Your staff looked annoyed with me!!

I had another great massage experience with Halina. She addressed my needs and I left feeling fully relaxed.

Massage wasn't good, or at least the lady who did mine. Felt like she was massaging bones and random spots rather than the muscle. Wouldn't recommend

Dana is a fabulous massage therapist. She communicates appropriately, checking on clients preferences and is concerned with clients privacy.

I usually use a different massage therapist but she was not available. This session was underwhelming to say the least. Not enough pressure despite telling her my lower back was my area of concern. I felt she was not very careful with my limbs.

I have been to Massage Eny multiple times and at different locations and Vilbania was literally the best! Would highly recommend her!

Deborah is amazing. Despite I arrived a bit late she listened to my areas of need, she did a great job in massage and the experience didn't feel rushed. I'm a member and she's my favorite. I recommend her!

Deb was great. Really listened to my needs, great massage. In my hour and half at the salon, I think I was asked to upgrade or add or buy more stuff probably about 5 times. It was too much pressure that I wanted nothing.

An expert in her field, my therapist was able to individualize the treatment during my 90 minute massage. From placement of pillows, adjusting the temperature of the room and bed, to the pressure, Dana softened each muscle and relieved every knot. She left no stone unturned! I highly recommend this therapist at Massage Envy for a relaxing session that also relieves any aches or soreness you may have, while explaining the science behind each movement. Thank you!
