The cashier and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This location is big and well stocked. The only thing was that the manager decided to reprimand the cashier for not making me wait 30 min to inflate three baloons. Even if that is the way is done it is unnecessary to reprimand employees in front of customers.

They never called me to let me know my order for my son's memorial wasn't going to be delivered I has to call them last minute to find out. Very unprofessional extremely disappointed

Nice big store with everything you want to purchase for party available Returns is very easy and smooth too. All covid norms followed. They can make balloon clusters in 2 hours time too

The wait line is over 20 minutes to pay a few small items.... when I finally got to Pay I saw a coloring book that was marked $1.00 is $3.99 the girl that charged me said that she rang it up already so I have to wait in line again for a return..... rude and nasty service!!! False advertising and mismanagement!!! Stay away from this store!!

Helium is very weak, went twice to blow up some balloons for my first twins birthday and within 2 hours they are down almost to the floor. I spent over $100 to blow them up for them to drop not even two hours later. Very disappointing.

We came here 15 mins before they closed to buy some birthday balloons. They were super friendly and accommodating and inflated 20 balloons we got even though they were about to close. They really went above and beyond 💯🙏

Staff went above and beyond 20 minutes before closing on 06/02/2023. Stopped by to purchase 10 helium balloons and they worked with me to get our order ready just as they were closing 💯 highly professional would recommend this location any time.

I don't like this place, many decorations, but you can't go outside with trolley and they don't have bags.

Party City has everything needed for any type of party. They have the best masks at very reasonable prices and I saw great costumes. I attended a masquerade party and they loved my mask. They thought I paid a lot for it but it was under $14. I am a new customer for this store. Thanks 😊 Party City 🥳.

What I needed was on a rack asi entered. I had some time so I walked around the store. Very clean and be organized.

They were sold out of everything decent. And out of the hole staff there was 1 female I think she had braids that tried to help me find something for my children. Everyone else just said we dont have it and moved on.

What everyone is saying its true! Waiting line for checkout is too long. I tried to buy a few things but, seeing that long line of about 30 mins wait i said no way!! left all the items right there and went to dollar tree. In less than 20 mins i was back at home with the items i needed. Thank you dollar tree.

They charged me with over $620 for purchases that I never made. I have never shopped at Party City and will not. In process of bringing theft charges. I highly suggest not to deal with them.

Barely had anything i needed ... this used to be the place i could find anything for any kind of themed party. Guess I'll stick with my favorite dollar stores instead or amazon. Not to mention, the service sucks. I asked questions and it's like they didn't care to answer or help in any way. They can have 1 star because im sure if i needed something for a kids party i would be able to find something. Other than that .... this particular party city is a complete waste of space.
