Absolute disgrace of a filthy mess. Our kids team had to travel to this dump to play a NJYHL league game. The locker room was filthy with trash and spilled liquids and general nastiness. There was vomit in the hall just outside door. There was not one person available to ask for assistance with the filth. I called the phone number. No one answered. I tried to leave a message, no option available. Apparently the owners of this establishment only care about taking money in. Absolute trash hole. I would leave 0 stars if allowed.

I cannot in good faith recommend the ice skating classes here to adult skaters especially. The coaches are stressed and there is NO ROOM to actually do any skills. I sadly did not progress at all during these classes because the coaches did not have time to give any type of correction. “Work on your hockey stops and I’ll check back” is not coaching and is not helpful in progressing as a skater. I’d even argue I *regressed* since I was practicing without someone there to correct my form. The only good thing about this is the price.

The rink has an ice skates and equipment shop. The sales people in the shop know what they are doing. They can pick up equipment for figure skating or hockey, professionally.

Parking is a nightmare now. The proshop is a ripoff for just about anything they sell. They also stopped doing public skate sessions. This place is only concerned with nickel and diming the public.

Problem with parking, never found parking place. Overcrowded ice ring. Just waiting for finishing my daughter classes for this season. Prefer more quite and less crowded learning skating classes. There is no supporting something like seal or penguin for the beginners.

First off, the parking might need a bit of work, especially if there are going to host district/national championships there, but the ice rinks themselves are actually very good. Some of the only rinks that actually make you feel chilly when you step inside them. My only complaint would be that the flooring around the rinks (specifically rink 1) isn’t that good. You have to be very careful to make sure your skate isn’t going to get rusted by stepping on some concrete. This also was present on the benches. I think the primary focus of being on the bench is trying to find a way to preform in the hockey game, not trying to keep your skate blades from getting rusted from all the exposed concrete. The coaches are all pretty good though.

The parent and tot program is a JOKE! It’s basically a daddy-teach-me-to-skate program. DON’T COME! Just go to any rink and teach your kids by yourself. The coach will spend 1 minute watching your kid, and the skate away. And I don’t want to be skeptical, but the coach only pays attention to the white boys unless you buy her private lesson. Very NEGATIVE experience. DISAPPOINTED!

Best PRO shop experience! Thank you Zack for all your help and attention with selecting a perfect pair of figure skates for my daughter. From fitting to teaching her how to lace properly her pro skates, sharpening and providing the right accessories made her day! James - great customer service that makes a huge difference!

Rink inside is nice. However for a 4 sheet facility - their parking is atrocious! 99% of customer need to pay to park off site. They have probably about 25spots total and then all the fire lanes are taken by people who park in the fire lanes (another 13 or so around the building). Signs to off site parking areas are small and minimal. So - if you come here, plan an extra 10-15 minutes to park, pay for parking and walk to rink.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! class for the very! beginners: how can you force children to skate backwards during the first lesson, if the children cannot even stand on the ice!!! there is no way to do make up, parking is just terrible, you have to arrive 40 minutes before the start of the lesson to park. your one-hour class goes only 1/2 hour, after that , couch just leave your kids alone to continue practice!!!! really???- very begginers... alone... on ice.. and you have option to ask another teacher for private practice!!!

My all time favorite place for ice skating. Multiple rinks with lot of entertainment

Huge facility. 4 rinks. The matting on the floor around the rinks needs to be better. Too much exposed concrete that skaters have to navigate around. It also needs more parking.

This place is the worst. Their Learn To Skate program is not only a joke, it is literally a train wreck waiting to happen. They have way to many kids per instructor, the instructors don't pay attention or provide any actual instruction, and it might be the most disorganized junior program my son has ever been part of. They would be better served hiring monkeys to run the program. Not to mention, the management his unhelpful, unaccommodating, and just flat out rude. Honestly, I have no idea how this place is still in business. If there was any other ice rink within 30 miles of me, I would throw a party that I could go somewhere else!

If I could give 0 stars I would. After spending a few hundred dollars for the learn to skate group lessons, we decided to try private lessons. The group lessons were too crowded, always ran 15 mins late, and no one paid attention to the kids skating. We thought private would be better. After going to the rink for our private lesson, we were told we couldn't take our private lesson because we weren't allowed to rent skates. We didn't have skates because they didn't receive the skates we ordered from THEM yet. They director literally told us to go home, we can't skate with their rentals. Was it worth not making money from the private lesson to not rent us skates (which they had available) despite their skate shop not receiving our personal skate order? The director was rude, unaccomidating and clearly bad at business decisions. Don't waste your money. The group lessons are pure chaos and worthless. Orders from the skate shop don't come in. And the people in charge don't care about their customers. I feel bad for our private lesson teacher who wasted her time slot and received no money because her director wants to flex his fake power to feel in charge. Stay away from here. I promise you, you don't want to pay to be treated this way.

Love this place! My kid takes ice skating lessons here. The trainers are great! My son always excited to come back. Today I lost my wallet outside of the Ice House and a young lady from the front desk was so nice and helpful! She made my day!! And people who complains about parking - just grow up.

Place is a joke - no parking, staff are not knowledgeable and their service is horrible. Don't even try to order something at the "Cafeteria". The staff ignores you and smokes and jokes with the other staff and regular skaters. Will not return.

My daughter took skate lessons here years ago and it was a fantastic program! Went today to have skates sharpened. Great staff friendly service.

My kids take ice skating lessons here. It's a great place. The only thing is the parking. Whoever designed the narrow one way parking structure must have been drunk. Most horrible parking lot I have ever been and there is not enough parking for the amount of people who come here. People park their cars everywhere even on grass where it says "no parking anytime" because there is not enough parking.

Parking was bad already, can't believe they lost all those spots across the street?! I actually saw parents walking their fully dressed kids across the small nearby bridge just to get inside the place.

Four different ice rinks serving both hockey and figure skating period hard to find similar in the area of this size and quality. Right now one of the challenges is that the parking lot across the street which used to be a municipal lot which you could park here free is under construction. Once that building is done they will have a large municipal parking lot for free on the first floor but for now a lot of people are just parking on the grass or in the parking lot over at the park. It's inconvenient for sure. The pro shop is still one of the better places to get equipment and advice. Rinks undergoing some work this 2022 summer, and the hockey classes are back in session. Bathrooms currently in renovation in 3q/4q22 and the parking lot across the way is still under construction.

4 rinks, but they lost the municipal parking lot to a new Condo under construction. It will include a parking garage but unknown if it’s available for Ice House customers or if it’ll free to Ice House visitors.

The Ice House is a large ice rink that houses four standard sized sheets of ice. The ice surfaces are pretty good. They have a pro shop and snack bar with ample seating. The lockers are tight but the showers are new. Parking is tough. Hopefully that will improve when the construction across the street wraps up.
