I thoroughly recommend Brow Envy . I had microblading with Mel. She worked with me patiently to design and create the brows which suit me. She made me feel very comfortable at my appointment and told me in detail what to expect. I definitely plan to have more treatments there.

The lovely Casie. Made sure I was welcomed with a choice of drink. Prosecco in hand while I had the luxury pedicure. Explained I’d been experiencing pain in my right toe due to unknown strain or possibly early arthritis. (Also I’m a dog walker) always on the go. Choose my Color’s etc. at the end casie was so accommodating and gave me a foot massage which really helped in both feet. And walked away feeling relaxed and pampered. I did suggest a head and foot massage should be on the menu due to todays stresses… head for all those thoughts and feet that we stand on. Just hope this gets passed along. 100% recommend brow envy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks girls for making my week.

Tips not book online because in case of some emergency, like the manager said, even if you are in the ambulance in that day and not be able to arrive in time for the booking, they will not give you the money back or nothing. The customer service awful, they mixed up and make me feel guilty for something in the past that never happened, not replied in time, they think than know better and the customer always the fault. More because the service is expensive should be some empathy with the customer. In this business the customer services is the most important so learn. Book by phone so in this way they will not charge you.

First experience getting my eyebrows done and was definitely not disappointed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming I have never felt so relaxed and my eyebrows look amazing. Will be recommending to my friends and will definitely be returning for more treatments

Mel was amazing today. I had a top up on my combination brows as I had a few light patches. Mel talked me through how I would like my brows to look and advising me on things I wasn't sure about. She went above and beyond for me, showing me my brows after each step and gave me a tidy up around my brows. Mel is lovely and very kind as she said there was no charge for me today. A huge thank you Mel 😊

Great personalised customer care for microblading. I was nervous about being given an 'on trend' eyebrow style which, as a mature lady I would not have felt comfortable with. Mel really listened to what I wanted, and I am so pleased with the outcome. I would completely recommend Brow Envy. Lots of my friends are now going to book with Mel.
