I had the most lovely time at Jacks and Buckley :) I came in for a head, neck and back massage- my first time. I was offered a drink upon arrival. It was delightful, Clare, the masseuse, was really calming and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I’m quite ticklish but she was very attentive and made sure I didn’t experience any discomfort. I received a gift voucher for 90 minute perfect pamper package which consisted of full body massage, Indian head massage and a detoxifying facial! And the experience truly lived up to its name as it was a wonderful, pampering and relaxing session! Hannah took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment! It's a great gift for a family member or a friend, but I will definitely treat myself in the future to more massages and different treatments at Jacks and Buckley! Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff, lovely decor, clean and spotless facilities! Great attention to detail starting from lovely warm towels and dimmed lighting to soft relaxing music! I would highly recommend Jacks and Buckley and obviously Hannah as she did a wonderful job! So good I didn't want to leave! I felt like a brand new woman afterwards!

Had my hair done here and now I won’t go anywhere else. The staff are all great and polite. They always discuss what you want before anything and make sure they talk to you about the right treatment for your hair. Management is great always makes sure staff is happy and is there if you need anything. Great job guys

I live in Bedford but travel all the way to Nottingham to come see Claire, absolutely outstanding service, goes above and beyond for clients and very knowledgeable coming from a medical background.. she's also very friendly and makes me feel very comfortable during a uncomfortable microneedling procedure. I have really bad anxiety re having my hair done due to previous bad experiences with hairdressers but Maya understood that and made me feel at ease, she gave me a wonderful haircut and style and I would 100% recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety from previous bad experiences.. Overall 10/10 experiences

I came to Jacks & Buckley for some fat dissolving treatment on my chin & lower stomach. Upon visiting I was nervous for the treatment but Clare was the lovely lady who made me feel welcomed and explained to me the process of what was going to be done. All of the staff were lovely and I was even offered a warm drink before my session started. Throughout the process Clare was checking up on me regularly to make sure I was okay. She explained to me the aftercare in full detail and any questions I had were answered. Strongly recommend Jacks & Buckley, the staff are brilliant, I can’t thank Clare enough as I’m already starting to see signs of the treatment working. Looking forward to my next session with her and can’t wait to feel more like myself again.

As someone who refrains from going anywhere other than my usual hairdresser which is over an hour away (due to a series of questionable cuts locally), I was really pleased with the service and haircut that I received here. I've always been quite precious over my hair, so finding somewhere in Nottingham has been difficult. I believe it was Maiya who cut my hair - she was incredibly thorough, shared vast knowledge and remained exceptionally friendly throughout my time visiting, which totally put me at ease. She's an asset to the team and I will be returning.

Had an amazing experience at Jacks and Buckley Salon! A full head of highlights that have turned out so beautifully, perfect colour whilst still maintaining the condition which was very important to me. Softest my hair has ever felt after getting highlights and I’ve been getting them for years. Hairstylist was Sophie who did a great job, very pleased!

I got a voucher for my bday to use with them so I booked in for a full body massage, first time I went to the salon, I didn’t know what to expect, but I had a great experience- from welcoming me with a cup of tea, to a very good massage provided by their therapist Hannah. All reasonably priced too for a Nottingham City centre services. Highly recommend.

I had a blow-dry here for the first time and absolutely loved it! My hair is very thick and long and usually people struggle with it but it definitely did not phase the hairdresser! Everyone loved my hair at the Xmas party
