The staff is incredible! From the nurses at the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the dentist herself! They made my son’s first dentist appointment such a great experience. The office is lovely and super kid friendly. 10/10 recommend!!

I am just blown away of their superb service. Especially Dr Herman always goes out of her way to make sure every client / patient is extremely happy and well taken care of. We love coming to this office and our kids love the staff.

Rockland Pediatric has the best staff by far. They raise the bar and my son and I had an amazing experience. They are each very thoughtful, pleasant, friendly and tremendously careful and caring during this pandemic. They take all the necessary precautions (taking temps out in the car, asking you to fill out a questionnaire, before inviting you in to avoid crowding inside the office) as a result. You won't regret it. The cleanings were amazing and I highly recommend them.

Superb service My 7 year old had major anxiety going to dentists and over the last couple of years we were told by 6 (pediatric) dentists not to come back after an initial exam. I was referred to Rockland Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics because they work with an anesthesiologist and it seemed like that was the only way to go. My insurance was difficult to work with but the office staff was extremely helpfull in providing me with medical codes, letter of necessity and anything else I would need for insurance. After insurance wouldnt cover the anesthesiologist we tried to do it without and Dr Hermann and her team were able to calm him and do some major work after no one else was able to get near his mouth. They did a great job every step of the way. Dr Hermann also called the night after each procedure to check up. After 2 years, a build up of dental issues and not knowing where to turn rockland pediatrics with their patience care and professionalism was able to do what no other dental practice could THANK YOU

My family recently moved to this area, and needed to find a dental clinic for our daughter (she’s three years old). Doing a Google search, I found this facility which was positively reviewed. Spoke with Linda, who was very helpful over the phone and made me feel very comfortable taking our daughter there. When we arrived for our appointment (same day), I couldn’t have been happier with the way the place was run. In terms of Covid guidelines, the place felt very safe and considerate of all necessary protections. In addition to that, our daughter was very well taken care of by the staff and Dr Herman there. Finding out that they also do general dentistry was an added bonus. I loved it so much, I told my wife that we found our family place!

We are a bit new to this practice…but can is say “where were you when I was a kid”. The entire staff are sweet, professional and caring. My son had a nasty tooth infection. We weren’t even patients yet. A friend referred us. And they took him that day. Got him on antibiotics and scheduled for a visit to take care of that tooth. Now he, his twins sister and my other daughter have all been in multiple times. Each time they were at ease due to Dr Herman’s gentle and caring demeanour. She’s quick and efficient. AND she calls you that night to make sure the kiddo is doing well post procedure!!! What?!?! That speaks volumes of how much they care for each patient! I will never take my kids anywhere else!

This office is our go to all our families dental needs. From Pediatrics to Adults, we are very happy with the care provided here. When my daughter was younger, we had been to a few different dental offices without much success in the treatment of her cavities. She just wouldn't open her mouth. She met Dr. Chaly and by the 2nd visit, all her cavities were treated. Dr. Paul is excellent and only does treatment that is necessary. My prior dentist wanted to perform a whole bunch of treatments costing a bunch in out of pocket costs. Dr. Paul did what was necessary and I haven't had any problems since. Would highly recommend this practice!

Great experience for my daughter. She was nervous in the beginning but the hygienist was gentle and it eased her fears. She also mention how nice Dr. Herman was. Thank you for making it easy visit.
