Overall I had a great experience but I still felt the need to be next to my cat the whole time. My vet is fast and great in handling emergencies right away. Yet, I still question how they monitor their pets, they seem to be glued to their computers more than checking on the pets! SO STAY THERE AND CHECK YOURSELF. Luckily my Vet was open to suggestions but I felt if I wasn’t there I wouldn’t have noticed him improving not that much. My only concern was that I had to ask her to go back on my cats records when I saw he wasn’t doing any better. This is routine practice in ALL places I have been to. So I was little surprised it wasn’t done without my suggestion. Luckily she was able to do so and the last shot which was listed in records that she gave really helped. IF YOUR PET BEEN HERE BEFORE MAKE SURE TO ASK VET TO GO BACK ON RECORDS. They have a new system that doesn’t have it readily accessible. Overall my experience was great.

My dog, Tallulah is home and resting comfortably after her stay at the hospital. I can’t express enough gratitude to the doctors and staff at Veterinary Emergency Group in Nanuet. So kind and supportive. They sat with her on the floor and held her while she struggled. They pet her and told her she was ok. They treated her with such care and love. They are absolutely an amazing organization.

I am a medical physician. I found Dr. Tracy to be compassionate, and knowledgeable. She is an impressive veterinary physician. Her emergency skills far exceed those that I have witnessed in the past at other emergency rooms. My dog was treated so well, he recovered even faster than anticipated. The photo of my dog was taken only 36 hours after treatment.

My dog Lulu , a 12 1/2 yr. Old Mini Pin was unable to walk. Her back legs were floppy. She had no pain. I thought she had stroke we took her to the vet emergency & Urget care and they treated Lulu with the greatist care and professionalism. Her diagnosis was Veritgo. They immediately hydrated her and gave anti nausea medication . And gave us medication for vertigo and instruction how to care for her. We are so greatfull no words can express how we feel. Thank you with Love Linda Fixler

I cannot say enough about how amazing the clinic is. They have provided emergency care for three of my cats within the last couple months. Every person on the staff, from front desk to the vets, is knowledgeable, efficient, good humored and just super nice. I highly recommend them! And so do Sawyer, Merlin and Phoebe!! (Luckily, I have not had to bring my fourth cat, Juniper, in. Good thing. He morphs into a furious demon when it’s time to go into the carrier LOL)

Both our Poms had a rough past month with both having to come in for different reasons (one for a seizure episode and another for a gastrointestinal issue) in the early hours when our primary vet was closed. They are now doing much better! Both times they were fortunate to be seen by Dr. Morrissey who was extremely caring, knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding. Her supporting staff also could not have been more amazing and caring for our babies. If you have the unfortunate event you need to go to to an ER vet, this is definitely the place your babies will be in the best possible hands. They also will coordinate with your regular vet for a treatment plan.

We brought our cat here after she’d been in a fight with another cat and had some injuries. So impressed with this place! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. We were brought in quickly, had a great team of techs and vet (Dr. Brady) who all showed great care not just for the cat but also for me and my daughter. They explained everything clearly, made us a part of the decisions, and offered us to watch everything and ask them any questions. Had excellent discharge instructions and follow up. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you VEG

I took my puppy because she wasn't breathing well. The first thing doctor Danielle Raiano said to me was to euthanize my puppy! She needs to go back to school! She needs to learn about swimmers syndrome in puppies! This happened 3 weeks ago, and my puppy is alive and well! They never called me to ask how my puppy was doing! But man they did want $3,800 for my puppy ta stay the night, and they told me they couldn't guarantee she would live past the night. Thank God I followed my gut and my common sense!
