Great venue, wonderful atmosphere, top notch music . However I was surprised with lack of service...I was seated at the bar ,handed glass of water and food menu. For 30 minutes I tried to order/make eye contact but I was ignored /invisible to bartender so i gave up and I focused my attention on music. Finally over one hour later she asked me if I wanted to order anything I politely responded "no thank you"( at that point show was getting closer to the end ) ....after the show on the way out I bought Tadataka Unno muisc cd's. Money that I would normally spend on food and drinks.($37 ticket and $70 music cd). I can't comment on food and drinks since I didn't have a chance to try them.
