Randomly came across this place while walking and I’m glad I did. Atmosphere is really customized, great customer service, and great food too!

Delicious culinary change of pace located on Main Street in Tarrytown, Westchester. The Seared Moroccan Chicken is always a great go to and the Mint Burger is absolutely juicy and done to absolute perfection. Paisley the burger with fries or a salad. Don't forget to try their wide variety of cheese and other local delights.

Truly a great experience at Mint in Tarrytown. Parking is readily available in the lot across the street. If you plan on going for lunch, I’d recommend a reservation. It gets packed quickly! Pictured is the Mint Burger which was cooked perfectly. I went for a work function and others ordered great entrees like the Stuffed French Toast and Mushroom Omelette. Note that the staff is incredibly accommodating with allergies and dietary restrictions so ask your server any questions. Highly recommend desserts here. We ordered the Chocolate Cake, Pannacotta and Bread Pudding. Our last course was filled with pure silence. You’ll leave satisfied and wanting more from Mint.

This was our first time visiting Mint. We had high expectations. The cheese apps were amazing. Fig on melted Brie -yum! And a delectable roasted squash with burrata. Fabulous burger with enough fries to share. The lamb shank special was tasty but way too small. It was a baby portion. Gone after six bites. My tuna steak looked fabulous, however was chewy. The pistachio cheesecake was more sponge cake and overpriced at $12. The brunch menu looked appealing and the restaurant itself is a charmer. If there is a next time, I would go for a sandwich.

After hearing and reading mostly good things about this place I have to say my own experience was extremely disappointing. We stopped in for an early brunch and spent way too much time and money here for food that was just ok. We ordered the shrimp and grits (with what I thought was a side of truffle fries but we’ll get back to that), the seared Moroccan chicken, and the pecan bread pudding for dessert. It took 30 mins for us to get our main course which I wasn’t thrilled about but fine. Especially because when we got there it wasn’t crowded at all. I did really enjoy the shrimp and grits. The Moroccan chicken was also good but wasn’t a show stopper for me, but my bf really liked it. I was also very surprised that for the price ($33!), it didn’t come with any sides. The truffle fries were pretty mediocre for me; not very crispy and not a ton of truffle flavor. What really gets me mad about the fries is that the menu is in my opinion misleading in that all of the brunch menu items (except 2!) can add on a side of salad, some type of fries, or bread for a smaller price. So I thought I was ordering the truffle fries as a $5 side but really I paid $12 for them because the $5 side option didn’t come with the shrimp and grits for some reason? It really doesn’t make any sense to me why this would be the case. And to be fair, it is on the menu and I didn’t read it correctly. So I’d recommend reading the menu carefully so you don’t make that ridiculous mistake. But I definitely wouldn’t have paid $12 for these fries if I had known. I was really interested in the pecan bread pudding as well so we ordered it before we were done with our meal hoping to save some time. 35 minutes later we asked to please cancel it because it still wasn’t out! As we were trying to cancel it it did finally come out and they did give it to us on the house due to the obnoxious wait time. I did appreciate that. It was fine, definitely not worth the wait. Since we spent most of our time waiting for food to come I overheard and saw a lot of concerning things. At least two other people also complained to the workers about long waits/seeming quite displeased. I also watched one worker wipe his finger on the ground and without washing his hands immediately start making coffees/teas and then moved on to cutting meats. I also saw another worker on his hands and knees messing with the table legs and also without washing his hands immediately grabbing cutlery and glasses to set the tables. Very gross. Bottom line, I wouldn’t recommend it. The prices were insane for the amount of food you get and the food was decent but not amazing. I definitely wouldn’t come back.

Very lovely dinner. Food was very nice but the best part of the meal was the little plates of cheese and olives the servers kept bringing us. Then for dessert they brought us little chocolates. Loved it!

We came here for dinner to celebrate a birthday. We arrived early and had our choice of tables, but the restaurant filled up while we were there. We started by sharing the charcuterie, and the squash and burrata. Both were delicious, which was no surprise as this shop sells specialty foods like meats, cheeses, and olives. I had the truffle ravioli, which was great. Other folks had the Mint burger, the veggie burger, and a squid ink pasta special. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the sangria, and others had specialty beers from the extensive menu. They enjoyed their beers, and I really liked the sangria. Overall, a great experience.

Originally I've been to Mint to buy cheese and cheese board additions but i finally went to Mint for brunch and it was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try everything else i didn't get to order. The menu was impressive and the saffron mussels, ham & eggs benedict, and stuffed french toast delivered. The cocktails were awesome and the perfect amount of drink to go with our meal. The energy of Mint had such a great atmosphere and a great a/c break on a hot humid day. The servers were attentive and kind and everything went so smoothly. Thanks ❤️✨

We drove over 2 hours to come for dinner before a show, and dinner was judt as delicious as last year. The Moroccan Chicken was melt in your mouth. 🤤 Staff was friendly and was graciously understanding when we were 40 minutes late for our reservation due to traffic and parking holdups.

Great place! Such nice atmosphere. And love how it's a combination of eatery and cheese and sauces and deli meats. My friend took me here cause it was her favourite place. I totally understand why.

cute place for a brunch in this town... fast service, delicious food. i ordered steak and eggs for brunch and was surprised that the steak was a thick-cut (not the hanger steak i'm used to in new york city's brunches). grilled octopus salad was delicious and the red sangria is perfection (using actual fruit puree!)

The food and drinks are amazing. And the service is even better. They really care about making it a personal experience that's warm, welcoming, and comfortable. My go-to is the truffle chicken sandwich. Of course, paired with truffle fries. YUM.

Great warm and welcoming vibe. Feels European. It's on Main Street in a great town and the menu options should satisfy all. Parking is on the street and there is a small town public parking lot across the street. However during prime time it might take you a tad longer to find a spot but it's not an issue.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff and the owner were absolutely incredible! We went two days in a row and were blown away each time! We will be back every single visit! The owner even gave my daughter little treats both times after dinner! Really went above and beyond! Thanks again!

The food is outstanding and such a welcoming staff. Every ingredient was fresh and delicious. Simple, tasteful, delicious. The whole staff seems to take great pride in working here. When we complimented the food (multiple times bc it was delicious) their faces lit up like they made it themselves. Lovely experience all around, we will be back!

I frequently dine at Mint and am always thoroughly impressed by the cuisine and the impeccable service. Menu items always serve up bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The staff is professional and attentive - ensuring that we are satisfied with our meal. They also always provide excellent recommendations when my guests and I are torn between what meal to choose on the menu. Highly recommend you check them out during your next visit to Tarrytown! Quick tip: leave room for dessert!

Don't get me wrong, this place has good food, but it was nothing extraordinary. I got the duck confit panini, and it was decent. A lot of fat was still in it though. But it had decent flavor. I don't think it was worth $23. And same with the service. It was basic, nothing outstanding. Not sure I'd go back, mainly because of the prices. But the food was decent.

This was our first time dining at MINT, we had a show at the Music Hall and figured we would grab a quick bite to eat at 11am. Avocado Toast with Poached Egg, seriously one of the best I’ve had. The only downfall was we waited a good 50 minutes for it and because we were pressed for time it was a bit disappointing, we had to eat super fast to be at the show by 12!

Excellent experience, delicious food and great service. I was given samples of cheese to try while I waited for my friend. The Moroccan mint tea was delicious and served in a beautiful tea pot. Really enjoyed this restaurant!

Mint Restaurant's eclectic, intriguing atmosphere was just the beginning. Our entrees were prefaced by a thoughtful selection of wines. Host Hassan also offers cheeses, cured meats and elegant provisions at the front counter -- many choices to take home. On arrival, you might take the visual cues and think Casablanca -- both the film and the state of mind. We have enjoyed every visit!

Good God that burger was delicious!🙌🏾👏🏾👍🏾 I had the Chef's Burger medium well. I definitely didn't expect to be blown away and I'll definitely be back to try more items!

Great food and atmosphere. We started off with the baked brie which had little crostinis to spread it on, it was like a delicious half open grilled cheese with a slight sweetness, highly recommended. I got the duck Confit sandwich which came with fries, it was good but I think maybe duck doesn't lend itself too well to sandwich form, it can come off a little dry but the cheese and spread helped it along and the French fries were delicious . The highlight of what we ordered was the Moroccan chicken (I don't have a picture), which was served in a tagine. It had a beautiful acidity to it which kept you eating more. The chicken stock had a great flavor and the vegetables stewed in it also took on the delicious acidic chicken flavor. Definitely a must order

Excellent service! When you first get there, they welcome you in with some cheese and cold meats. They are very kind, and the food is delicious. Every week they have new cheese coming from Europe. Be ready to taste different cheeses like onion one and basil.

Truly delicious food, I had the falafel sandwich and it was the best I've ever had, the beet and squash dishes were superb as well.
