Not to miss is thier annual Festivalnof Watches held in November. Just attended thoer Father's Day BBQ and it was great. They had Black Dealer Tony of "21 for Fun" who was very entertaining.

I had my Rolex overhauled at another Jeweler, and they totally messed it up. I brought it to Maddeloni, and they overhauled it properly, and did a great job. I will never take my watches anywhere but Maddeloni from now on. Anyone can sell a watch, but not everyone can service them! They have a customer for life, thank you Maddeloni.

I was very pleased with the honest and thoughtful service I received when I brought some old watches in for new bands and batteries. They took their time to help me with options even though this was a small project and purchase I would definitely consider them for any future jewelry purchases or needs

I came in to purchase diamond earrings & met the Owner Lou Maddaloni their gemologist. He taught me there was more to diamonds than I thought. They have a wide range of exclusive Jewelry and loose diamonds for studs. I'm defiantly coming back for more 🔥💎👏🏽

Ridiculous prices .. $45.00 for a watch battery.. repairs on jewelry was extremely overpriced.

For starters I absolutely loved the decor of the store , also then pleasant and accommodating staff not to mention the delicious drinks from the bar while I waited. I went in for a watch repair and to purchase an anklet. They had a beautiful selection of rings and bracelets as well . I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family .

Think twice before making a purchase here. Spent a ton of money only to be treated like absolute trash and disrespected. Bought something as a gift to find it was sized for a child not a MAN refused to let me return it and tried to force me to buy something else. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly especially by people I knew personally in the past. Do your research please before wasting money and getting stuck with something that has zero use and will collect dust in my closet for the rest of my life.

Excellent honest high end jewlers. Bought a ring for my toddler years ago and they were the most accommodating place in area. Then I recently purchased a watch here and they were more than friendly and helpful. Great collection available and the staff goes above and beyond to work with you and answer any questions. Theh all work as a good team and have a very knowledgeable staff. Cant wait till I'm ready to make another big purchase and visit again.

I went into the store to have a ring reset. Since this had belonged to my aunt I wanted to use the diamonds. When I received the completed product it looked nothing like the template. The owner refused to negotiate or consider my dissatisfaction. I am now left with a ring that I hate and will have to reset.

Brought in my father's Tiffany watch for a new battery. I had just looked on the back for info of size with a magnifying glass since I wanted a new band. The back was pristine which I thought was odd considering he's had it for 30yrs. The man took the back off the watch then brings the back to me to say " look, the back is scratched before I even touched it". Seems strange he'd be showing me this AFTER he took the back off. Wouldn't he want to do that before hand if there was anything to see? I have worked in a jewelry store before, I am familiar with swapping a battery however I didn't have the right tool to do it myself. When I said something about the watch not having any scratches on the back prior they denied. I went there since I've purchased diamond studs from them in the past. Nope, never again.

The selection of fine jewelry is like no other I purchased a ring many years ago More recently I had two bracelets made from one necklace to give to my granddaughters. In addition I have had a diamond drop set as well as other repairs done to perfection. Edna P

My experience with Maddaloni Jewelers was pathetic. I purchased a Mont Blonc writing pen from them. When I received it, it had the Maddaloni Logo in graved in the pen. This wasn’t advertised on the website. I called them to ask for a refund or a pen without a MJ logo. They said submit an email. I submitted the email and never got a response. I reached out to MB and they were not aware of them doing this either. You don’t spend $250 on a pen to have an idiot engrave something in it.
