Very
poor
customer
service,
I
went
there
with
my
wife.
I
saw
there
website
and
decided
to
take
a
drive
to
purchase
a
few
bottles
of
wine.
I’m
a
novice
to
the
wine
industry,
so
I
was
hoping
to
speak
with
one
of
the
there
wine
experts
and
get
a
little
knowledgeable
on
purchasing
some
good
wine.
Unfortunately
as
soon
a
we
walked
in,
we
were
greeted
by
nothing
but
employees
that
just
looked
at
us
and
said
nothing,
no
hello,
no
can
I
help
you.
My
wife
and
I
took
the
time
to
walk
the
store
twice
to
give
them
a
chance,
but
still
nothing.
My
wife
Maria
is
Dominican
and
very
shy,
she
was
very
up
set
that
they
didn’t
even
say
hello.
She
thought
it
was
due
to
her
nationality,
and
her
accent.
I’m
a
professional
MRI
,
Radiology
technologist
in
Columbia
Presbyterian
Medical
Center,
I
would
never
treat
a
patient
in
this
manner.
I
sent
a
chat
message
and
received
an
apology,
but
it
still
is
no
excuse
on
how
there
staff
acted.
I
would
hope
they
read
this
and
review
and
make
a
change
to
there
customer
service.
