Customer Service is basically non existent as they didn’t even say anything when I entered or as I walked around. I love fine wines I typically have a store I go to but I saw this spot and was excited. I bought a couple bottles and one as a casual wine. This wine went bad for sure or had cork damage it was undrinkable. Specifically Ciatu Alicante Menfi 2017. The others were fine but this bottle no one could finish and everyone took one sip and couldn’t take another. Stay away from this bottle. Maybe if someone could talk I could’ve avoided it.

Not only does Amanti Vino have a stellar selection of the world's finest wines and undiscovered gems, it has the most helpful and accommodating staff imaginable. I always leave with a great beverage and much more insight on the producer, the region, the variety, food pairing, etc. Highly recommended as your first stop before heading to one of Montclair's fine restaurants.

Sharon does an incredible job of cultivating a wide range of wines and beers from around the world. She specializes in Old world wines, but her and her staff can find something that matches just about any palette or price range. The staff is trained and incredibly knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to treat them well.

I love this store! I always find weird/cool wines that I've never heard of, the tasting notes and the staff are super helpful when it comes to choosing the right wine for whatever meal you're planning on having alongside it. Points for the Nate Dogg playlist.

I bought a wine class certificate as a gift. Recipient was unable to attend and called in advance to inform vendor who told recipient to save certificate and call in the future to use. Pandemic arrived shortly thereafter. Just this week after the state reopening, recipient visited vendor with paper certificate to redeem for merchandise as the vendor is not offering classes. Vendor refused to honor certificate and accused recipient of fabricating the history of the events. Vendor kept no records of attendance at classes and insisted that recipient was making things up despite having actual certificate in hand. Vendor refused to honor even a partial credit of certificate’s value or make any type of compromise to the recipient. I state the facts only to let readers make their own decision on the customer service. I will not visit this business again.

Excellent experience! Awesome wine selection, and very friendly staff. I called to ask advice in choosing wines for an online order and they were helpful in explaining the options, and the in-person staff was very helpful for a curbside pickup. Gorgeous store indoors and nice seating area outside. Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service, I went there with my wife. I saw there website and decided to take a drive to purchase a few bottles of wine. I’m a novice to the wine industry, so I was hoping to speak with one of the there wine experts and get a little knowledgeable on purchasing some good wine. Unfortunately as soon a we walked in, we were greeted by nothing but employees that just looked at us and said nothing, no hello, no can I help you. My wife and I took the time to walk the store twice to give them a chance, but still nothing. My wife Maria is Dominican and very shy, she was very up set that they didn’t even say hello. She thought it was due to her nationality, and her accent. I’m a professional MRI , Radiology technologist in Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, I would never treat a patient in this manner. I sent a chat message and received an apology, but it still is no excuse on how there staff acted. I would hope they read this and review and make a change to there customer service.

Truly grateful for the incredible team at Amanti Vino. I was looking for a pretty unusual type of wine out of Portugal and not only did they have an amazing vintage bottle, but they got it out and en route to me all in the same day. Thank you Pete and Sharon so much for being so incredibly helpful and getting back to my emails so quickly. Amazing customer service, incredible wine selection (the type I was looking for wasn’t even available in Lisbon, and yet they had it here!) Highly recommend Amanti! Xmas
